City Connection holds the rights to all Jaleco games. It is unlikely they'd do it as City Connection does ports of their repertoire themselves.

@@dr_ubo Hamster Arcades has already released 19 Jaleco games... I don't see why they could not released BIG RUN and CISCO HEAT also.
