    Stiff leg deadlifts with just barbell wu
    Deadlifts 4 x 10 reps

      Might be what it said on her plan but she definitely did RDLs in the beginning of the vid as well as at the end (only difference is she didn't quite do a full ROM on the one at the end)

    Gym closed again in France and i was so pissed i ordered some material but i didn't want to workout at home and when i see u like this pushing i swear it motivates me so much!! We wanna see you pushing in the videos IN THE GYM PLEASE no useless, boring and weird workouts that aren't effective 💝

    Love when you train with us, it’s motivating and inspiring. I too have to sit up further on the abduction too and always feel like it’s meant for bigger people. The back seat needs to move up! Love you girl

      Not sure if it would work on that machine, but I've seen people put small plates under their feet on machines where they can't reach as well as they'd like.

    As I always say, thanks for the motivation! Just finishing up one of your "old" videos for motivation while I let myself car sit for ten mins before going in to gym. I'm one of those girls that grunts and grinds in the gym, my hair turns into a frizzy mess, wearing makeup to gym to look presentable is NOT an option.... It's nice to see another woman working hard even when it takes a few extra grunts on the last few reps.. makes me feel less silly. Thank you for the motivation to lose 60 lbs so far. You truly have no idea how your videos help regular people behind the scenes.
    Watching the video of you gifting your dad a car next... What an amazing daughter! Couldn't watch yet because I had to put this video on 2x speed so I could watch whole thing during that 10 min car sit. ;)

    I am tall (181cm) but I have the same problem with the abductor machine.. I always use your barbell pad with this exercise, it is perfect for that. I put the flat side against the seat so it stays still and the rounded side against my back. And I do the same in the leg extension machine. Such an awesome gym hack 🙌🏻

    Major inspiration!!! I love seeing a girl train like that, so incredible. I was doing deadlifts tonight and when I go heavy my hands slip and I’ve always had weak wrists but love lifting heavy. I need those straps, can you please send a link for those! 😀💕🙏

    I literally had the same struggles on the abduction machine yesterday 😂 being 5ft in the gym is hard 😅
