Might be what it said on her plan but she definitely did RDLs in the beginning of the vid as well as at the end (only difference is she didn't quite do a full ROM on the one at the end)

Not sure if it would work on that machine, but I've seen people put small plates under their feet on machines where they can't reach as well as they'd like.

As I always say, thanks for the motivation! Just finishing up one of your "old" videos for motivation while I let myself car sit for ten mins before going in to gym. I'm one of those girls that grunts and grinds in the gym, my hair turns into a frizzy mess, wearing makeup to gym to look presentable is NOT an option.... It's nice to see another woman working hard even when it takes a few extra grunts on the last few reps.. makes me feel less silly. Thank you for the motivation to lose 60 lbs so far. You truly have no idea how your videos help regular people behind the scenes.

I am tall (181cm) but I have the same problem with the abductor machine.. I always use your barbell pad with this exercise, it is perfect for that. I put the flat side against the seat so it stays still and the rounded side against my back. And I do the same in the leg extension machine. Such an awesome gym hack 🙌🏻
