We have spent a LOT of time up and down southern Baja and still my favorite memories are of our time spent in and near Loreto. Picazon is a wonderful place with a wonderful family that owns it. We have towed out boat there a few times and launched from both downtown Loreto as well as south at Puerto Escondido and being able to explore the five islands on our own has been incredible. I highly recommend anyone that sees this to explore the Islands off of Loreto at some point in their lives!
That’s so great to hear!!! We fell in love with Loreto, but unfortunately missed the islands. We plan on coming back next year so we’ll be sure to visit. Thank you!
Hey you two, I like the videos of Mexico! We’re getting ready to sell house in Arizona next week and get on the road to Mexico and wherever we end up!?
I see that you were in Loreto in late October, because of the Dia del Los Muertos celebration. We are going down for 7 nights begining this Saturday 10/14. I see you ate at La Palapa. Can you recommend any other restaraunt in town? Nice video!
How exciting! We are crossing the north as today for 5months this time! Mi Loreto is in town and really good. For breakfast we recommend Dori luz 👍🏽 hope you have an amazing trip! Thanks for watching!
Another informative video, thanks! So were you able to survive with the Starlink and the one solar panel or did you have an alternate power source? We have what looks to be a similar setup, Starlink included and my wife will need to put in 15-20 remote hours a week. Typically our 100w Renogy panel offsets the draw from Stalink but dips when she needs to charge the laptop without great sun. We we're thinking about a small propane generator as a back up plan but we just wont use it later on with the kind of camping we do back home. Plus we'll be in a much better solar climate in Baja. Oregon was challenging! Looks like you having a memorable time, keep on keepin on!
Thanks! The Starlink has been working great for us, but we do need to keep an eye on the battery. We have a Jackery 240 with it’s own solar panel that we resort to when the trailer battery is getting low. We plan on adding another 100w panel to our trailer when we get back to the states to help keep the battery charged up. Thanks for the support:)

Thank you! Hope we cross paths here in Baja😎 Safe travels!!
I love Loreto l was born and live in La Paz but Loreto is one of my favorites places
Loreto is amazing! We really liked La Paz too! We just spent 3 weeks camped at Tecolote beach:)
Can I ask you why? Because la paz beaches are much more beautiful and clear than Loreto beaches.
Really awesome video thanks for sharing, can't wait to get back down that way this summer
Thank you!! And we’re jealous, can’t wait to go back!
Wow the drone footage is awesome 👌

@@weekdayadventures Muchas gracias!
That small doggie is so cute! Curious to know what kind of breed he is? 🐶 and oh man those views are for days 👌🏻
If you’re talking about the dog at the beach bar, the owner said he was part Black Lab and Dachshund. Thanks for watching!!
@@weekdayadventures I mean the pup in the thumbnail
Oh haha, that’s our dog Charlie! He’s a Chihuahua/dachshund/Jack Russell mix. He’s the cutest but a handful sometimes🤣
@@weekdayadventures he’s such a cutie pie❤️ looks just like my small pup bolt that I found when I visited Mexico in 2020. They are such loyal pups🐶
Any recommendations for a low key hotel in Loreto? Walking distance to restaurants and the water, but hopefully quiet. Thanks
Were these little igloo yurts for camping rentals? So cool.
They’re for rent!! And we totally agree. What a cool place to stay!
Boy has things gotten expensive
More than the United States. Crazy.
Yes it has but not any more than the US. Inflation is happing everywhere
I thought the water was clear or green I didn’t see that.
The water is decently clear, but for the blue/green color you need to go out to the islands. Loreto isn’t know for the best local beaches.
Where is everyone???
Waiting for the weather to cool down ;)
