As per my information, the conversion of reserve posts for any particular category will not be converted to any other category. Hello Sir. I m in govt job . I wanted to know that When first promotion in our institute Gujarat took the admin did not declared categories list n roster clarification. Instead more SC ST were high in seniority merit list so they got promoted. After that also 3Promotions took place but in the recent one list admin promoted every one in UR seat even ST OBC total 10persons but not a single SC seat was filled. So is it rightful or should any one challenge the dpc

Our department maintain Reservation roaster in 2014 then made revised roaster in 2017 starting by new names and now in 2018 starting by new name as recruitment Rules changed in 2018. There is vacant post 14 (now 7 post deemed to abolish) since 2016 out of sanction strength of 30 as no eligible person for promotion. Now they are going to promote only 7 post and don't want to fill backlog post as 7 posts are deemed to abolish. Posts are for promotion only. Please give advice.

In my organization and in my trade there were 26 for UR, 4 SC and 2 ST vacancies....and im standing 24 in merit list and im in UR category will i came in that 26 UR vacancies for promotion?
Yes if there is 26 vacancy declared for ur then u will definitely in. That roster is for general seat distribution use to decide how many seats for which category. But in ur case seats already decided

As per mentioned seat distribution I think this is under special recruitment. If this vacancy is under special recruitment then applying state obc u considered for totat seats 5+2=7 and center OBC list u considered for totat seats as (5+8=13). Now you decide where is the more applicants accordingly.

Sir is this followed in nabard and rbi recruitment? Nabard has 74 general vacancies out of which 31 are for unreserved.So for selection in unreserved category do I need to get rank within 31 or there is a chance even if I get a rank beyond 31?
Yes, this rules are followed by everyone institutions except defence, research like ISRO bcs there is no reservation.For u to get select in unreserved seat u should be in top 31.
In prelims they will shortlist in ratio 1:25. 31 x 25 = 775. So to be shortlisted for mains, I need to be in top 775 rank or if my rank is beyond 750 in unreserved category,then also I can be shortlisted for mains?
U must be in 775.. some time for prelims they separate merit like only who choose general in form consider as a general candidates at that time u may in after lower score

If a ST employee does not accept offer of promotion due to some personal reason so who consider next ST or SC under reservation.

Agar koi specific criteria nahi hogi ki minimum Cutoff ka marks hona chahiye to sabka hoga jayega

Pgvcl dwara January ma JE EE mateni exam levay jema SEBC ni koi vacancy hati nay..form fill karta samye option j na hato Sebc mate. Tyar bad aa result mathi atyar sudhi ma 2 list aavi gaya chhe..Pachhi April ma fresh notification aavyu only SEBC matenu 3 vacancy mate. Enu result pan aavyu ane 3 candidate ne doc verification mate bolavela chhe first list ma. Have Mari tamne question e chhe k have aagal kevi ritna oprate thase aa banne list mathi ?? Result ni validity 1 year sudhini hoy chhe.

EWS is vertical reservation like other categories obc, sc, st. After obc reservation total reservation cross the 50% criteria now it is 59.5%

Horizontal reservation means reservation in respective category.. here in obc ex-servicemen seat is =01

14th aati hai not 13th. Check DoPT document, there it is given 14th.
My question is if in any dept there are 9 promotion post and 3 posts are going to be vacant. Now in this 6 posts 1 is SC and another is ST. How can make a roster and in this 3 posts reserved category be consider. Kindly clarify. Thanks
For promotion they consider many criteria... Not like the simple roster for new vacancy

In my organization and in my trade there were 26 for UR, 4 SC and 2 ST vacancies....and im standing 24 in merit list and im in UR category will i came in that 26 UR vacancies for promotion?
Yes if there is 26 vacancy declared for ur then u will definitely in. That roster is for general seat distribution use to decide how many seats for which category. But in ur case seats already decided

As per mentioned seat distribution I think this is under special recruitment.
If this vacancy is under special recruitment then applying state obc u considered for totat seats 5+2=7 and center OBC list u considered for totat seats as (5+8=13). Now you decide where is the more applicants accordingly.

Sir is this followed in nabard and rbi recruitment? Nabard has 74 general vacancies out of which 31 are for unreserved.So for selection in unreserved category do I need to get rank within 31 or there is a chance even if I get a rank beyond 31?
Yes, this rules are followed by everyone institutions except defence, research like ISRO bcs there is no reservation.For u to get select in unreserved seat u should be in top 31.
In prelims they will shortlist in ratio 1:25. 31 x 25 = 775. So to be shortlisted for mains, I need to be in top 775 rank or if my rank is beyond 750 in unreserved category,then also I can be shortlisted for mains?
