Sir, why 3200 was chosen by mcc? Any reason?

Yet to explore sir. May have to do with seats being available at around 3200 at that point in time Link - (main.mohfw.gov.in/sites/default/files/Method%20of%20Distribution%20of%20seats%20available%20under%2050.pdf) . To possibly nullify the advantage of 200 point roster ending somewhere and again starting with 3 UR candidates (the number of seats is referred to in this notification). Will have to confirm if it is still 3200.
