Provisionally selected candidates:
1) EWS(167 marks)
2) obc(148 marks)
3) ur(146 marks)
4)obc (consumed)(161 marks) because he is 34 yrs age; not fill criteria of UR(30ys)
Waiting list candidates:
1st Ur(142.75)
2nd obc(142)
3rd obc(141)
Sir if this 4th number obc consumed , not join then which waiting list candidate will be called!!!!

I appreciate you for this educational video. Many people are confused between the Reservation and Roster systems. Proportionate Representation is the basic theme of Reservations whereas Roster system is treated to fill up the vacancies through which the initial vacancies fall under open category and the reserved seats are kept vacant. I think this the basic reason why we could not attain Proportionate Representation of people in any sector of the government.

Sir , in assam government recently has appointed 5746 post. But according to constitution we should get OBC 27% , but we got only 18.5 %. Why it's happened sir?

Sir in Punjab state there were 7 posts of assistant professors (faculty) 3+4 , 3 vacant from total cadre of 14 and 4 newly notified . Roster started from 79 and 80 point roster is reserved for SC. There are 2 SC candidates available on merit list at serial no. 5 and 14 . My query is who will be appointed on roster point no. 80 reserved for SC

UR,UR,UR,UR,UR,UR,SC,UR,UR,UR,UR,UR,UR,ST... u hve to operate all the points... suppose u have 5 posts in the cadre and all the 5 post are in filled up position then next operational point is point No.6 i.e UR so when anyone of the 5 leaves the seat due to supernuation or promotion, the next post will be UR. and so on untill u reach 14th point i.e ST. After operating all the points...start a new cycle.. starting from point No.1. I hope I have explanationed u enough.

@@binodinidevichakpram7068 During adhoc promotion, is there any criteria or same as dpc. Sanctioned strength is 46, SC-06,ST-03, UR-37, when there is 11 posts vacant i.e. sc-04, St-01, ur-07this year, office is done adhoc promotion i.e since 11 posts are vacant, so share of entitlement is SC-01, ST-01 and UR-09. If this is maintained then 03 nos. Of SC won't get promotion.
Please inform in this mater is this correct.
I think, this is wrong.
@@pradyumnanayak6498 here the L type will not be applicable as the sanctioned strength crossed 13. So the vacancies may be filled by replacement.. i.e dpt has to figure out which points are vacant. For eg. if when an SC category incumbent vacat the post then the post may be filled by an SC only, likewise the specefic category has to be filled by the same category fixed for them. Ur dpt need to calculate this first before going ahead of recruitment.

Sir merabhai hai jo sc se hai. Uske abhi AIIMS, Delhi combined (Jodhpur, Bhopal, Patna and Raipur) nursing officer ka result aaya tha to usne UR fight ki h uske no 123 hai out of 200. Uski fist choice Jodhpur thi lekin usko third choice mili or usse kam no. vale same catagory but unhone sc fight ki lekin unko first choice mili...sir pls suggest...

More Knowledge need to be acquired, a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
13 point roaster is brought in to picture so that all categories may be given representation.
200 point roster is still valid for more than 13 posts.

1) obc consumed
And a common waiting list prepared as per merit
1) ur
2) sc
3) obc
4) obc
Sir now the situation is that the person, who acquired reservation ie on obc consumed seat is leaving (his dv done successfully but not joining)
Now what would happen in this case because once they have awarded reservation to a obc, now
If they select obc from wait list, violating the merit/seniority then it's also false
And if they take ur person on 1st position in waiting list, that also contradicts because that seat belongs to obc only and obc could sit there.
If we jumps obc from 3rd to selection list then I will be unfair for sc, who scored more than that obc
What's your take regarding this situation

Ab aap ye bol rahe h ki jisne join nhi kiya vo to OBc ka tha isliye OBC ka hi aana chahiye to.

Sir andaman nicobar me 2006 ke baad obc laya gaya... Aur ek department ka roster 1992 se suru hota h.... Aur roster me 1th obc 2007 me appointment hota h.... Tho sir kya? 1992 se 2006 tak obc nahi tha andaman nicobar me ..abhi jab post bese roster lagaya jayega kisi department me.... 66 post me 19 general candidate obc 46 liya ja sakte hai .....
