Apart from this detail, the AMMOLITE restaurant has well established itself within the 2*-division of Germany's Michelin-starred restaurants. A fully deserved verdict, based on the colourful creativity and modern techniques which, however, never serve only appearances and forget about the taste. We enjoyed a wonderful final lunch here before the lockdown and were - as usual - very satisfied with these marvelous efforts. As far as I can tell from the video: so were you!

It‘s an amazing restaurant with an unagitad kitchen style based on a clear focus on great products, fine flavours, a suitable use for modern techniques and an extremely elegant presentation.
I originally worked at Ammolite as the Chef De Partie but when we started doing mucous mornay I was promoted to Chef De Mucous and would finish the dish at the table
