I have been wanting to create this sort of thing for my bike at home, so I can at least power my phone, it would be rewarding. feel like there's so much energy that goes to waste
im thinking of super large mall like gym, fitting 1000 people capacity and all do spinning, we could create more efficient and cheapest renewable energy than manufacturing one.
about 1500-3000W? wow...correct me if im wrong, and I really hope im wrong but 1000W/h is about 15 cents canadian...so in 50min, with 10 people, they made about 2000W of energy...or 30 cents worth? youd better off investing the set up costs into nicer showers...
Notice how dark it is in there. The place is lit by 10 LEDs placed randomly placed around the room, powered by a 9v hooked up to all of the gym equipment.
We need this in India to supply energy to rural households for free
yes so many fat pigs in india they 100% can help the rural community.
I hope this catches on!

1500-3000 watts means nothing. You need to convert that to KWh. There's missing data which makes the video useless.
If it's done for 1h non stop that's 1.5-3kwh which is like $0.3 lol. It ain't much but it's honest work huh
Thought of this in my sleep but I’m 5 years late haha
maybe if you combine this with solar it would be more efficient.
