I remember taking out the batteries of the Spinosaurus, not becauese I didn't like it making sounds, but because it would randomly start roaring in the middle of the night and it freaked me the hell out!
@@9FORDIE9 Me too. It was creepy because i thought the spinosaurus was out my window. and back then i was a stupid child so i would hae died straight away!!
Not gonna lie, when I saw the picture of your nephew playing with Stegosaurus and the people. That greatly represents how kids should be playing with toys, not screaming at their Xbox all the time... you know what? I’m going play with my old Jurassic World toys now :D
As a kid I never owned any human Jurassic Park figures, only Dinosaurs. So the humans were always my Star Wars figures. You don't know what awesome is until you've seen Darth Vader fight a Velociraptor and a T-Rex take on an AT-AT.
The Thrasher has always been my favorite toy from the 90s though I also had high appreciation for the Red Red and Young Rex since those too were my first ones. Really loving Mattel's present day contribution.
Those old reviews you made were a big part on my early childhood. I remember throwing all the covers off my bed and throwing all my Jurassic Park toys on my bed and like tapping or talking to myself saying like “This is my bull Rex” and I would take one of my best drawings at the time and quote your line about being really proud of it. So thanks I guess.
I remember your video about your collection, I would always watch it when I was younger. Now since if grown older, and found your UA-cam. AND after watching this video. It has brought memories! I think your video actually got me into Jurassic park, and what it is.
Thanks for the callout for Celophysus. That was the first JP toy I bought and it was before the movie was released. I saw it in the toy isle of Toys R Us and the box art mesmerized me. I loved how the figures were "soft and squishy" instead of the hard plastic of most toys at the time.
My list: 1. Electronic velociraptor 2. Thrasher t-rex 3. Red Rex 4. Young t-rex 5. Bull t-rex 6. The other raptor 7. The triceratops 8. Dilophosaurus 9. Alan Grant 10. Ford Explorer car
Love this video man, perfectly describes the way I would play with JP toys as a kid. Would always make my own stories like I was watching a movie too! Fantastic channel. Jurassic Park was the biggest deal ever to me growing up. Really awesome to see someone view the franchise the same way I did. Keep it up :D
My childhood happened around the time of Jurassic Park 3 and I remember it fondly and enjoyed the toys to death. But I really wish I could've experienced the 1993 or lost world days of Kenner. But luckily I'm old enough to buy the Mattel toys with my own money and finally get the Kenner figures as well.
The nostalgia overload is making me F E E L. The Red Rex was easily one of my most coveted toys ever...wish like hell I still had it. I also cherished the TLW stego with dino damage and the JP electronic raptors. The big rubber Spino from JP3 was also awesome and the best piece from a mediocre line. And OMG that hand puppet! Fucking LOVED that thing!

Cool video! Coelophysis was the first Jurassic Park toy I ever bought. It was at K-mart before I even saw the movie. They were so awesome, they looked & felt so authentic. Whenever I bought a toy it was a big deal because it took me a while to save up the money. I always looked at these toys at the store with such envy because I wanted them all so badly but rarely could afford to buy one.

I loved your old collection videos! I often come back to it for nostalgia alone. What's ur opinion on the new red rex that Mattel made recently? They remade alot of the kenner toy in their 93' classics line. Would be nice to get your two cents ❤
Number 9 was one of my favorite and you also seemingly played with them exactly like I did. I remember taking my Coelophysis to pre k with me nearly everyday. Comfy... Comfy feelings man.
I got a brown raptor figure for one of my birthdays, alongside a big JP3 T-Rex. Both of them came used, so I didn't know the raptor is from the first ever toyline until recently. As for the Rex, it has the same button and damage detail as the Spino you showed but the sound doesn't work, and also one of its arms broke off. Still, it was my favourite toy to play with and because it's the biggest dinosaur toy I have to date, I used to treat it as the ruler of all my other dinosaurs, with his enemies being a handful of cast-out "abominations" that don't resemble any known dinosaur. Basically the Lion King but with dinosaurs 😁
This is nearly identical to my Jurassic childhood, it's such a rarity to see a Jurassic fan still so mesmerized by the magic of this film, I of course have been happy to pass down my love for the Jurassic franchise to my nieces and nephews, sitting down and watching the first film as I'm about to do within the next half hour, just takes me back to when i saw it for the first time in the theater and saw living, breathing, flesh and blood dinosaurs, my life was forever changed...#LIFEFINDSAWAY.
They did a good job of convincing me I needed THESE dino toys vs just generic dino toys with the whole more realistic look and feel cuz of the rubber or whatever they made them with. I really loved how they mimicked the most realistic dinosaurs from the movies cuz of the advancement of CGI
When i was a kid i brought my box of plastic dinosaur toys outside in the backyard on a sunny day i would create my own dinosaur world and had the dinosaur plastic toys wherever i wanted them to be and i would make my own noises
