I've been watching your channel for a while, and your Elden Ring series has intrigued me greatly. I'm not sure if you prefer to explore the Lands Between on your own or with the help of external sources of knowledge, but I want you to know that if you ever need any advice on Elden Ring, I would gladly answer any of your questions.
I already have almost 600 hours of playtime in Elden Ring, and I can humbly say that I know nearly everything there is to know about this wonderful game. I don’t work with game codes, so I don’t comment on exact numerical data or item scaling, but I’m well-versed in locations, items, game mechanics, abilities, spells, strategies, combinations, builds, and exploits across the entire world map.
I'd be happy to share my knowledge whenever you desire. Regardless of your decision, I’ll continue to enjoy watching your struggles for the Elden Throne!

Acquiring the Moonveil is indeed a very tactical move. The Moonveil is an incredibly powerful katana with medium range, equipped with a highly potent ability called Transient Moonlight. Its heavy attack mode unleashes a shockwave that deals significant damage and heavily disrupts the posie of enemies. This weapon will perfectly complement your current Uchigatana, especially since in the latest episode you gave it a cold affinity. Why does it matter? Well, cold affinity causes your current weapon to partially scale with intelligence which means that the more intelligence you have, the more damage you’ll deal with said weapon. In addition, the Uchigatana naturally scales with dexterity. As it so happens, Moonveil will have very similar scaling with both dexterity and intelligence. This gives you the opportunity to either return to wielding two katanas at once or to choose one of them and focus entirely on it.
If you decide to go with this type of build, in your next level-ups, focus on boosting dexterity and intelligence. However, to be honest, I’m afraid you should first significantly pump up your vigor and endurance, which, in my opinion, are seriously under-leveled. At this stage, it would be good to have at least 30 vigor and 25/30 endurance, especially since you’re fighting mostly in close range and not with spells.
Regardless of everything else, I strongly advise against investing any points into faith. Faith doesn’t scale with either the Uchigatana or the Moonveil, so by increasing faith, you’re wasting potential damage for your weapons, which you is your main way of killing enemies. I know that incantations look epic, but you won’t be able to run both an intelligence and a faith build in a single gameplay.
The exact location of the Moonveil is Gael Tunnel. It is directly south of the Rotview Balcony - Site of Grace, which is the second site of grace you encounter when entering Caelid from Limgrave. Inside the tunnel, a boss awaits you, who is quite strong but rather slow (by Elden Ring standards of course).
After obtaining the Moonveil, I strongly encourage you to leave Caelid and focus on Liurnia of the Lakes. You’ve only explored a small percentage of what this lake region has to offer. You’ve missed many catacombs, caves, mines, and even one full village. Focus on thoroughly exploring the fry land to the east and west of the central lake. Once you feel more confident, try your luck again against Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon, who awaits you at the heart of the Academy of Raya Lucaria, located in the center of Liurnia (you’ve already fought her, so I’m sure you remember).
Defeating Rennala will unlock another key RPG mechanic for you. I won’t spoil it, but it’s definitely worth it.
Remember that in Elden Ring, weapon level is much more important than high character level or inflated attributes. You upgrade your weapons at the blacksmith using smithing stones. If you feel like your weapon is under-leveled, search for new smithing stones in the mines, which are higly visibly marked on the map as black holes with yellow-orange borders.

Also I unfortunately already know the spoiler because avoiding stuff on Elden Ring is actually surprisingly hard but it will definitely help me with getting all my attributes more down where I need them. I don’t know if you caught any of Bloodborne livestreams but I was already thinking of doing an intelligence and dexterity build because of the spells but I didn’t know anything about scaling damage which again was another great tip. Thanks for the advice man. I’m gonna try and record an Elden Ring video this weekend and get out the unedited video by Monday (because I know some viewers love watching me content unedited and plus it helps boost my watch time here and there lmfao) but thank you so much for the advice bro.
