I’ve also bought two of the #31 rouge Cambon lipsticks and a refill. I love Chanel products

I purchased a few things from the Chanel Beauty website throughout 2023, and then this January, I received a blue tweed and gold cosmetic bag in the mail. It was a complete surprise, but I love it. I did buy a Christmas present for my friend in December, and selected the box packaging. It came with a charm that I gave her.

My former Chanel SA said that to be a VIC I would need to buy sunglasses, the higher tier of skin care and vanity bags every month, a couple of thousands per month would do it... Then I gave up trying to build a relationship at Chanel Make-up store and shop at Nordstrom where I get reward points.

I don’t have an SA , I have received both snow globes through the mail without any notification they have a New York address I believe could be there main office I honestly don’t know but I’m glad I have them I’m looking forward to Next Years they usually come around February, I also receive there catalogs and one time they send me a candle !

In Europe, or at least where I am, the option to choose the charm is still available if choosing the classic wrapping. My order was a bit mixed up that Chanel sent the wrong item for one of the gift sets. The customer service line was a bit slow, which I totally understand due to holidays season and probably high order volume, but they were very nice to fix things up. I just wish that we had that skincare set and the lipgloss trio in Europe too 😂

I meant to compare and even pulled the bags from previous years to compare them in this video but totally forgot 🤦🏻♀️ Shockingly all the bags including the new skincare set are the same size as the others this year and last year. The only size that was bigger was the gold bag from the Sublimage holiday set from a few years ago 🥹
Chanel boutiques in australia didnt have the mini perfume freebies. The chanel charms are so limited to CC and no lobster clasp. The holiday set also very limited and only online. Terrible business strategy.

Great freebies! I will say that I was not able to get any freebies this year or last year. I’ve ordered directly from Chanel and other retailers and nothing not even the beautiful holiday packing. 😔 I feel like if you order directly from the company you should at least get something.
@@coco_chanee19 I have learned ALOT about why some get and some dont. To sum up its NEVER personal. The warehouse is the warehouse. In some cases Department store online orders pull from the store BUT thats a totally different department. They arent SA’s. Their only job is to take a order from in-house stock to the mailroom. I saw this with my own eyes and my SA explained everything. Its truly just business and not personal. Hence ALWAYS make good connections with your SA.
