Thank you again for this video. 🙏 It’s so sad that Seoul is losing its charming character more and more by replacing these old and traditional places by skyscraper areas. 😊
Thank you for posting this daytime version of your walk through the Itaewon Usadan Ro alley’s . My thoughts remain the same as I have already stated. It was still eerie and unsettling like an apocalyptic movie set that sadly is true. The daylight does reveal the size of the redevelopment project. I’m curious as to how it was decided where the project would begin and where it would end.? Also , was there a specific reason there was a decision for redevelopment rather than restoration ? Thank you for showing us area around Hannam Station, the Islamic Temple, and the diversity of the area around it. I could spend a few hours exploring the Itaewon antique furniture section 😂🤗😎. I notice that Itaewon businesses are slowly recovering from the tragedy of exactly 2 years ago in a few days… Prayers to the families and for the young people they lost. 🙏🏽❤️🩹
First of all, the scope of the development zone is " Hannam District 3 is the largest redevelopment project in history to build 5,816 households in Hannam-dong, Seoul. The area is 386,395.5㎡ and the total floor area of newly constructed areas is 1,048,998.52㎡. The total project cost is 8.3 trillion won (approx Let me give you my personal thoughts on redevelopment. "Korea is ruthlessly focused on development. Although the improvement of underdeveloped residential conditions and stabilization of housing prices are ostensible reasons, many apartments have been built over the past few decades, but housing prices have never been stable, and only housing prices continue to rise due to Ohiyea development site. "I think improving the residential environment through urban regeneration rather than redevelopment is a way to maintain the identity of Seoul." So far, it is purely a personal opinion, but the opposition is much greater. The video seems to have recovered peacefully, but the Itaewon disaster remains scarred. Personally, a full recovery seems impossible. At the moment of the accident on the day, I was observing people in a car on the road across the alley. There was such a huge crowd that I could feel fear even in the car on the road. The second anniversary of the disaster is just a few days away. I'm going to keep an eye on it to remember the accident Thank you for your great question and wonderful mention I am going on a business trip to China today I arrived at the airport and I'm going through the departure process. I can't upload videos for about a week and now my channel feels 'childish' so I'm worried haha👍👍

昼間の景色も、やはり不気味ですね。
駐車している車もあるので、ちょっと怖い。
