- Earlier today, during the fighter grand arrivals at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, J'Leon Love and Gabriel Rosado had a verbal altercation as they faced off just days ahead of their May 4 showdown. The war of words got so heated that it prompted Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe to jump into the action, which naturally caused a bit of stir amongst members of both camps. golden boy was thr main promoter- mma has surpassed boxing, yeah i had rosado the winner, -but to put that on mayweather is a stretch. he made 30 million -there's no upside to fix a fight at this stage of his career. it's like ali when he had people hating him so much they went to see his fights hoping he would get beat.- they still bought the fight. mayweather even at 36 had the motivation and work ethic to get himself in top shape and then he won easy against a tough guy.
