Hi Katie! I’ve been creating pins recently for my business but very confused about tags or hashtags. I look at example pins and I don’t see them being used. I see that in your description example, you didn’t use the “#”, but just separated each keyword by commas. Is this how it’s done? 🤔
So Pinterest goes back and forth with hashtags. They were used but right now they are out. So they don't really work and don't help you with SEO. I would focus on keywords instead. Try adding them naturally to your text and then if you want more add some more separated with commas.

Amazing video.... I have a question - I am trying to re-upload a video on Pinterest (as an idea pin) by downloading it from tiktok. So I want to add music to it from Pinterest's library before uploading but pinterest doesn't show any option to add music. Can you help? Also, if I use the app to create an idea pin there is no such option as idea pin, there is just 'create pin' option so I don't know if its idea pin or not....
So if you want to add music use the new idea pins editor on your phone. Then inside the settings you should be able to add music. If you only have the pin options I believe your account already only uses the new editor and you should be fine and see all the options to add music.

So, I use Tailwind to schedule my pins and you can edit it there in the description box inside the tool. Or you can also try to write the description in your notes app on your phone and then copy it in.
You can schedule a pin if you have a Pinterest business acct. Do your pins get published immediately automatically if you don't have a business acct? I don't see those publish buttons on my Pinterest Acct...

Yes, you're absolutely right. I do recommend you post as much of your own content as possible. But if you do save the one or other pin of someone else - this won't hurt your account either :)
Idea pins are great for engagement so getting likes and followers. But idea pins can't be clicked. So if you want traffic then I recommend you create regular pins you can add your URL to.

Hey Laura, yes that sounds strange. It should show up in the "created" tab as well. Can you see it in the meantime? Otherwise I think this might be a bug. If this issue remains I would contact Pinterest support.

I think it depends on your goal. If you want as much reach and impressions as possible then go with idea pins. If you prefer website clicks, then upload it as a video pin. (ps. also video pins are not available in all countries, so that's also a factor).

Can you check something for me please :) In the created tab scroll all the way below all the idea pins. For some reason Pinterest shows them first. On my account after my idea pins, I can see my regular pins under the section "other pins". Hope this helps.

I can’t see any pictures from my camera roll , just the photos I’ve already saved on Pinterest
How many pin we can post every day.?
This really depends on how much new content you create and how many fresh pin images you design. In my opinion, there is no perfect number.

There is no dialog box appearing? When you click it directs you to boards. Wtf?

Was the image a different file typ than a png or jpg? These two should work for sure
