I had to chuckle in relation to the rear wiper problem. Not at the problem itself, but the number of times someone asks if anyone has a solution to a problem and there are what appears to be answers, but it's just a load of people saying they also have the same problem.
Avid follower here and i own myself 2 seicentos mpi abarths ,Some of the things you said on this video i wonder if you love your Seicento, saying that a Schumacher its not worth 2k is the one that got me.. They are all going up in value shumachers and abarth specially the ones in very good condition. Time will tell how much will they worth as there is less and less on the road. I've restored mine that you probably heard of or seen it and spend more of the purchase price several times and still do to keep it as much tin top looking condition as possible and not cutting corners ( no pun intended) hopefully one day we all will be able to meet and exchange ideas and talk about this amazing little cars. Take care and bring it more videos
Interesting video Joe, cheers. Regarding your rear screen wiper issue (you've probably checked this) it maybe worth checking the tension of the spring on the rear wiper arm, as sometimes if you lift the wiper arm away from the screen, and place it back down, you'll get a good first wipe, but the tension won't be strong enough to keep it there. Also, again you've probably checked this, but check that the motor is mounted securely and also that the rotor arm of the motor doesn't go in and out. I know it sounds daft but if you can lift it at the base where it comes through the rear screen, then that could cause it. Finally the only other advice I can give is check the wiper blade rubber is good, even new blades can be rather hard, and just don't work (normally cheap ones), but also check the claws that hold the rubber blade at the top as sometimes they can stick a little and don't allow the rubber to contour the glass.
Thanks Paul, it's a brand new wiper blade and arm - it worked well enough on the whole wipe for a few days, then gradually didn't. No idea what's causing it...
Even some new blades are 💩 I buy the cheapest longest one's and cut them to suit, usually getting 2 from one blade, they don't last as long as my car does limited mileage but my main problem is the spring is definitely not as strong as it was new...👍🇮🇪
About brakes upgrade. You have No idea how perfect brake seicento with punto front set and rear 500 fiat discs. It's huge diffrence with "good condition" stock. If you think about swap it or add some power it should be on the top of your list.
Love watching the car videos but would love to see some more bike videos as well
Looking forward to future videos Joe 👍
Bike content absolutely! Although I’m bias as I asked the question. I was recommended your channel purely because of your ER-5 restoration videos
Thanks bud, much appreciated 😁

@@MillerCorner a bit of an Italian mistero.... if in doubt give it a clout 🤣

Joe, my rear wiper also misses the same area
Thanks for the comment.. I'll just upgrade the spots for the mo.
Just ditch the rear wiper completely. I've started using the soft99 Glaco windscreen stuff and the rain just falls off the glass
What about general winter spray crap though? 🤔
Mpi smiley? the spi is the smiley bumper!!!
Who's is the silver sei?
Wait and see 👀
