The pudding would be thicker and creamier with a banana blended in. That's how we make ours: banana, avocado, cocoa powder, sweetener of choice, milk of choice. All 4 of mine love it and it's a great way to get some avocado into the ones who don't like avocado. The banana helps hide the avocado flavor a lot more. ♥️

Yumm! I’m sure that would really cover up the taste of the avocado too!

I try to watch UA-cam as I cook. Some days it’s successful, other days not so much.

Lol- I also have a love-hate relationship with avocadoes for the exact same reason!

It's ok to refreeze thawed meat as long as it has not gone below a certain temperature. Better to thaw properly in the fridge. If done safely all it does is reduce flavor once cooked but I have never noticed a difference. That would be due to the loss of moisture from thawing but otherwise safe to refreeze.

These both work -Storing avocado- Lemon Juice + Plastic Wrap
Using lemon juice is a popular method for preserving an avocado. But I found that the lemon juice and plastic wrap method is the best combination to really keep things green. Brush your cut avocado with lemon juice (or squeeze some right on), wrap it up tightly in plastic wrap, then store it in the refrigerator for several hours.
    Olive Oil
For this method, you can either try brushing your avocado with olive oil and then wrapping it with plastic wrap. Or, pour some olive oil in a small dish and leave the cut avocado sitting face-down in the oil. Make sure not to choose a flavored olive oil if you want to maintain the standard taste of the avocado.
    PS great video

I do the exact same with my sausages but I freeze them in portions so I can just take out what I need. I make a similar soup but with coconut milk, kale, and potatoes. It's a family favourite!

So you take them out of the casing and then freeze them? That’s a good idea! And that soup sounds delicious 😊

    Your board looks so nice!
In Brazil people make avocado smoothies.
Blend avocado, milk, condensed milk and ice. Sounds weird, right? I thought savory avocado was weird because I grew up eating it as a sweet treat.

What a great video! I need to try that dinner recipe. It would be perfect for my multicooker :)). Are the sausage casings usually not eaten in Canada? I noticed how you took them out and I here (Europe) have never seen that happening before. It was very interesting to me.
Also I wish I was there to eat the avocado I am a big fan of them hehe :)

Love these videos! I do finger food as a lunch once a week now thanks to you and my kiddos love it! Have you tried wrapping the avocados in tin foil? Make sure the foil is directly touching the open avocado - there's something sciency that happens with the metal in the foil and oxidization (clearly, I'm not a scientist lol). Thanks for the video!

You have to pay for that pitcher for your milk? Where I buy my bagged milk in Souyheastern Minnesota I have gotten the pitcher for free at least in the past.
