Yea beat the game first. But The only way to beat that lvl is with a strong car. It don’t matter if your in last place all the other racers crash before the end so no way to lose just be fast and have the gear to block emp and the lock on

If you have a friend to help you, they can initiate a pursuit, then cancel it. If you spam this you can get millions in seconds.

That's not a hack, or glitch, the game allows that to happen. You can do the same with a racer with shockwave and esf.
