@@daryldaryl887 it cuts, bags, and multches beautifully. It's heavy turning and I'm not quite in love with the 3 speed. Came from a light old lawnboy sensaspeed so I think it's just an adjustment.
@@dabull2146 Yah, you will get used to it. Do you know if the castor wheel adaptor kit for the 30 inch will work on the 21 inch, to put on castor wheels?
Did not know that, been wanting to get one and just waiting for more reviews and feedback and idk it’s like 50/50 ppl love it or are having issues with them… if you hear any let us know

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOWER!!! You are begging for problems with this mower! If you just bought it, return it! I had mine for 15 minutes. 5 passes with this mower and the self propel stopped working. No matter much i moved the throttle for the self propel it was always the same until it stopped working entirely. I popped open the plate on the back to look at the cables and it was crammed full of grass. I wasnt even cutting tall grass. I blew it out and checked the cables, the self propel was still not working. The other issue with this mower is it does not cut low enough. If you plan on ever scalping with this mower, dont it wont happen.
On mine, I had to do a few things that the factory clearly missed---- SCAG if you're reading this PAY ATTENTION---- 1. You neglected to put the drive pinion on the right drive wheel!! That is a major QC issue---- 2. The cables inside the belt area need to be secured AWAY from the spindles--- I had to drill a small hole and fasten the cables away from the rear metal pulley since the cables were literally touching the pulley. 3. A common complaint is that the 3 gear speeds are NOT available until you do some time consuming adjustments to the tension. There needs to be a better instruction for assembly for your dealers. 4. The pull cable cord directly interferes with the bagging system when both taking off and putting the bag back on. Had to zip tie that cord out of the way 5. There is an unusual vibration coming from the unit at the gas tank--- all the bolts are fastened down well and it still rattles very loudly 6. The fuel shutoff valve is FAR too tight and it will break easily in this configuration 7. The stock blade is not very good----- it SHEARS the grass, vs cut it--- I sharpened the blade, and it still does this. VERY good concept but needs some definite design fixes for this price.
I was really taken aback at how much grass gets clogged in the gear area....no idea why it's doing that but it will muck up the pulleys QUICK. I have to take the plate off and blow it out every mow.....it's annoying and time consuming.
I have both the SFC 21 and the SFC 30. 21 is my mower and the 30 is at my late grandpa's place. We went the 30 inch due to his overall property size. I personally have no issue with my SFC 21. It's very well rounded but I did get the 7hp engine. The SFC 30 however... my lord what a nightmare. The fact I got a 2021 model is worse. So go with this 21 inch model from my experience if anyone goes Scag.
How about a long form video on the 30 ( which should have a little hydro system with reverse, by the way )?
What does that 30 cost?
Pick mine up in the morning 😊
How is it?

For Small Job yes I Can See This 😎💯
Are the bagging issues fixed?…there was just a recent stop sell on this machine for this concern.

Thanks for that reply and hopefully scag sees and listens and addresses those issues on the next production release
This mower is a little under powered guys! A solid mower for the home owner but way over priced.
How when it has the same engine as the 30 🤔
How is 224 cc's poor power???

7hp not enough? I’m thinking on going to get mine.
