Hope it can handle 20 pound plus fish I’ve snapped my dreanan alcylite twice on big carp

20 pound plus is a big fish, Dreanan acolyte is not designed for 20 pound plus carp! You need to use the right rod for big carp mate!

I snapped my alcylite rod fishing shallow for Rudd and a carp of no more than 7lb no good

I’ve also snapped a acolyte but the carp wasn’t even a double around 8 lbs, it was the plus modal as well, nice rods the acolyte but not for carp at all in my experience.
