Then there's the Felix Unger clue "Aristophanes", which was a "Gauntlet of Villains" answer on "Whew!" for real.
If they'd booked Randall and Klugman for a week on Password Plus, they could have used this puzzle. "Odd", "Couple", "Ridiculous", "Password", "Clue." Puzzle answer-"ARISTOPHANES"

"Desi, I have to tell ya. You know you're mother looks like a teenager" 0:56 Tom in full suck up mode, and the comment even caught her son by surprise. Because Lucille looks horrible. You take both of these actresses who were beautiful in their 20's and 30's, then have one of them start a lifelong 2-pack a day cigarette habit, and you can see what that does to a person. Betty White never smoked and kept her good looks her entire life.
Desi should have replied, "No, this is Betty White. My mother is sitting over there next to Dick Martin."
Lucy was eleven years older than Betty. Dick Van Dyck did not give up smoking until he was eighty. He's now ninety-seven, and looks great. Betty White was a natural brunette, who had darker and thicker skin, than did Lucy, who was a fair-skinned read-head. Thin, fair skin ages faster than olive skin, regardless of smoking.
For those of you criticizing Lucy's looks, please remember that she was eleven years older than was Betty. How do your looks compare to people who are eleven years younger than you are?
AAHHH, UHHH, AAHHH, what's new WITH Dick Martin?!! What could possibly be worse than the clues he uses all the time that I just mentioned above?!
Dick Martin was the game show contestants’ worst nightmare, especially on the Match Game. Martin’s answers were never focused on winning money for the contestants, instead they were feeble attempts to be “funny.” The same was true with Patty Deutsch. Stupid irrelevant answers that often cost the contestant to lose the chance of winning 10-20k.
I think that Dick Martin was a very good Password player. And he was also quite humorous and personable.
Patty Deutsch should have been banned from Match Game, I just watched an episode where an obvious answer guessed by all the other celebrities was ruined by her giving a cutesy answer and cost a hard working contestant a chance at a lot of money in the bonus round.
When was it on air?
Did they not buzz Desi Jr. for giving the puzzle away at 6:51?
They weren't guessing the main word just then.
