Great work exchanging to the metal. I like you have a problem with mojo, but for me it's my eye sight. I changed up to 1/48 scale.

That canopy fitment is absolutely horrendous
oh, make sure you go to see someone about that shaking, it might be nothing, just stress or something but is better to be sure. Keep making these videos !!!!

For canopies mask the outside only...paint the internal colour first on the outside allow to dry,then paint over this with the external colour.Thus the inside colour shows on the inside..etc..
Or... Do as i wanted to do for ex.
I think you're doing well that was a great wee model for your self get the shaking see bye a Doctor hope you're modelling and your self good luck I used to shake but that was deamarer rum 🥃 it the only way to stop was valium and when I came of them a built a nuclear bunker as I went a bit mad 😡 well I back modeling guess can't keep a model down for too long good build
I think the result is very good. I would have made the french version, to make it look more exotic.
I have the same problem with my right hand,the Doctor says its called essential tremors.

Just got a Airfix issue... now I want a academy kit
One of my favorite aircraft built by one of my favorite modelers, who could ask for more. Excellent video once again and you are right about the colour and the gun barrel makes such a difference!
I just noticed the machine gun missing when the canopy masks are getting removed but returns on the turntable and looking better that the original. Mine is finally in the paint stage.
Very Nice Build. Sometimes a simple build is what all of us need.

У меня сейчас эта модель (от Академи) собрана, но не окрашена. Это было сложно, собрать фонарь кабины, не самая удачная идея делать её из частей.Так же пулемёт провалился в кабину, непонятно, как теперь его вытащить.
Great last minute save on the gun barrel Alex. It was so good to see the whole processes showing how you achieved the camo and dust effects. Bask the Cat says mucho Banner Worthy! Keep smiling mate.

Get that shakes checked out. But if you can while you paint use a pistol grip to support your airbrush. the support from the other hand will steady you tremendously. Great and awesome build as always

Thumb nail looks like the storch will fly out of your hand like a baby bird
Have you considered using a respirator while modeling, also do you work in a well ventilated area?
First off brother. Get checked out. The shake can be something simple to career ending if you dont catch it in time. I speak from experience.
Now. Looked like a fun little build. Some very fine detail work the can usually get lost on a small scale. And the switch up in the paint scheme was a great idea too. Keep on modeling my friend.

HI Alex, the Storch turned out beautiful, I just completed one last year and loved the build. One thing I did notice one thing, I believe the back canopy where the gun protrudes should be clear. I think. Cheers Dan
I had that doubt also... And you make sense... Otherwuse how would the piloto know were to Iaim? I thought that too... All pictures i Saw of Tamyia Academy even Airfix kits had this parte painted... Maybe its my mistake and i assume it... But i went with what i Saw... Maybe i should have researched a bit more don t know. But u make sense and i thought the same too

I have shaking hands sometimes. I went to the docs because I thought it may be the onset of parkinsons but I went to the hospital and did some tests and it turns out I have something called essential tremor. Daft name but I've learned ways of getting round it when I build.

For some unknown reason, I can not edit the comment below. I have a couple of questions. I never saw you use part C1. Did I miss it? What is your source for hypodermic needles? I plan on doing the Eastern Front 1942 color scheme.
Hello. I don t do a piece by piece video build otherwuse the vídeo would have 2 hours for ex: i do a generalista but at the same time build that you guys can have a very close ideais and visual reference... I don t know now what C1 is... I assume its a clear parte? Its all there. Needles i went to Ebay
@@AlexModeling C1 is the internal bracing that went underneath the overhead canopy glass. I was thinking it got painted prior to installation.
Weathering and canopy came out great. And nice fix on the gun. Didn't look like you had any problem with the hand, hope it's ok.

Beautiful Storch. Love 1/72 scale and this build is right up my alley. Hope the shaking isn't anything serious.
Unfortunately shaky hands is one of those little annoyances that comes with “getting old”. 😜🤣 My hand shakiness got a little better when I quit drinking alcohol, then further improved when I finally quit smoking cigarettes. I do vape though, but when I’m sitting at the modeling station and my hands start to get twitchy, I just set down my tools, sit back for a minute and take a couple puffs of my vape, shake my hands out. It settles down and I get back to work.

@@AlexModeling i also forgot to mention, you could do separate videos, like show off a collection of cars a you've built in the pass, and another video with military vehicles you've built and another with planes you've built in the pass, and another video of all your ships you've done in the pass! But it's your choice bro! you could show all in one video if you wanted to! Also do you have a email? I have a ship in mind i'd love to see you build, it's rare but worth building, it's a 1/800 scale model of the USS Midway aircraft carrier, in my opinion it's the most beautiful looking aircraft carrier ever made! PS. No much people or anyone has made a video of uss midway witch i fins sad.... would love to see you build it and show it off! if you have a email i can send you the link it's on amazon!

I found my kit in the wardrobe, turns out I had already started it, some time ago, it seems.. :) As I may have mentioned on facebook, I will build mine as a French Criquet, though.. :)

@@AlexModeling That will be arranged, as soon as I get round to finishing it. My list of builds is long, I need 48 hours in a day and 14 days in a week to build what I want to build.. :)

Having built this model, I was very glad to hear your comments about complex nature of the cockpit roof and structs. I thought I was inadequate when I tackled this kit. I actually got great satisfaction when successfully finishing it. Great video and end result.
