Can you possibly make a progressive trance tutorial??

+Abraham Rodriuez why not, I’m sure I can manage that in a future series. I will complete this one but I will start planning a new one on progressive trance.

Demis Hellen thank you! Maybe something along the lines of the progressive Anjunabeats sound? Thanks once again!

I have a question. On that clap channel you used saturation and compressor and later eq.Why not to cut that mid fq noise before saturation?Would not this be cleaner sound?

HI Wowerman, yes eq before would be good to clean up the sound but this particular case I must have liked the sounds and then EQ'd to control it a bit. Compression sometimes adds bad what you cut too but there is not right or wrong :)

Ever try BO Leviathan for Kicks just curious. I've had Kick 2 by Sonic Academy for a few months but still working on Synthesis to get great Kick. Thanks for your video by the way, cheers.

+Mickey Davenport no problem Mickey, have you been around before? I want to try kick 2 just but a little busy with work to start messing.
Glue compression is easy to understand but you do need to know how a compressor work for it to make sense. 🙂 I don’t claim to know everything haha

+Demis Hellen aye m8 yeah been here was the one that asked if you knew how to calculate release time on compression, decay on reverb, delay to get tight fitting sound.
Also am looking into phase issues when EQing which is kind of weird because my sounds don't cancel out like some say (use correlation meter) and some like max braiman don't cut anything and boost everything. Trying to figure that out.
Kick is cool you can tune, import clicks etc but find the low end heavy so if you like tech it's a go to but I like melodic proggz (talamanca/roald velden) so try to get bright punchy kick, if I get lazy I just go into black octopus pack.

If we are talking Kicks, I swear by Punchbox nowadays. It's perfect for my workflow.

It's starting to sound like a massive (not the VSTi) track.

+vinnien i agree, I shocked at the sound of it already too.
