Watch as John goes out and checks on his turtle trap line with his brand new Tomahawk 410 Repeating Turtle Trap. This new and improved trap has impressed us all here at Pcs Outdoors including John himself. John has a great afternoon catching big Michigan snapping turtles and showing how the new Tomahawk 410 can be set up to catch the big turtles. Is their a place for floats in the trap or is it just made for shallow water? If not do you guys sell a trap that has floats for use in a pond that is deep all over? Or what would you reccomend, is just a line and hook left over nite here legal in Michigan. Looks like a great trap though.

Wish my swamp pond had nice snappers like that in it -- i have a big repeating catch trap i built -- so far not one turtle has gotten caught. :(

Instead of using burlap sacks. Just take wire like the trap is made out of and make a box out of that but make the top open up to stick the fish in!

Grabbing them by the tail hurts them. Its like holding a dog by its tail.if your keeing them it dont matter.but the small ones you can damage them its connected to their spinal chord.
