Makes me think of my aunt who just passed away. She loved to collect pine cones. I have her little collection on my table. I wish I could do something like this to preserve the pinecones she collected in memory of her. I took care of her for a year and a half. She had dementia. She fell last February and broke her upper femur. She did not recover from the fall. Oh how I miss her. I am still grieving over her. So this reminds me of her. Beautiful bowl!!

I know it's got cracks, but I've watched you do some pretty cool things with pinecones over the years, and this is one of the best. The cross sections with those colors really pop. Very nice 👍🏻
