The tiny races,are all about endurance and being able maintain a consistent power. I do it cause it makes me work harder. Dead last or almost last 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Those burritos were killing you at the right time. You should have pushed hard at that climb, also because there was a small incline. Or get out of the burrito zone by steering away or dropping a small bit. Then gain momentum again to the group.
You definitely need to approach these totally different than a standard zwift race. If you don’t have good sprint-1 min power, you are gonna have a rough go every time. Anytime the grade turns up you need to get out the saddle and put some watts down. You’re gonna finish at the back of A every time if you stay seated
I am a good B but with race score I get put in top group. Raced a couple of series and finished mid pack in all which kept race score high. On Saturday I took it easy on first 2 as finished with a climb. Raced 3rd one and got timing wrong on finish but ended up 8th. You get a crazy amount of zpoints as competition is so strong. I think going forward just racing one or 2 of them is best bet for us mere mortals
@DontGetDroppedCycling when I raced it and done all 4 I was just sensible and sat at back. Then had a little sprint at end. I think this time round the ending was brutal on 3 of them. Too hard for us good B's. Hence going all out on stage 3 was enough to kill me off

I aiming to get top 10 on zwift power on B. 19th currently but picking one of the tiny races to target preferably 3 or 4th when everyone is tired . You get mega points. Don't get me wrong I am far from top 19 zwifters in B but at least I look strong on zwift power 😅
I love the Tiny races but by the start of race 3 I am wiped and power is starting to drop. I normally race in the 350-520 category but for some reason tiny races is 400-5something I am at 402 ZRS so hopefully I can drop some more before I am able to do my next Tiny race series.
Please explain...if you can your 'suspicions' re your comments on the winner over 400W and the 'Watt Dopers'. I want to understand how people are 'cheating' on Zwift? I need to know so I can channel my righteous indignation into improved W/Kg and so my anger can fuel me. I also understand if you couldn't be f*cked...I'll eventually work it out for myself :)

I don't know enough yet to know what I should be infuriated by :) You must have jinxed me with regards Zwift tech...I did a 60 min session yesterday in my 'Build Me Up' program called Circus with 60 high effort intervals...got to the end and it didn't save...LOL. So I did it all over again :)

These should be seen as an alternative to VO2 max interval training, rather than a race
I see them as training for laying a smackdown in B Cat racing!
