In this case JB held the government to that burden by providing a zealous defense which is what the supreme court has said is required of a defense lawyer and the jury found AH not guilty.
Like him or not Baez is a fantastic defense attorney. Bradley on the other hand is not only the best witness most of us have ever seen but Jose Baez himself has stated that Alexander Bradley was the best witness he has ever questioned. I think when it was all said and done Baez and Bradley respect eachother and I wouldn't be at all surprised if Bradley used Baez as a lawyer in a future case. When we decided as a society to pay athletes, some of whom aren't old enough to drink $40 million contracts we must also look at 40 million reasons why these behaviours are becoming rule and not the exception. From spousal abuse to mass infedelity to serial killing as in this case. I know exactly how it feels to be out just eating dinner and have ALL eyes on you. It's extremely uncomfortable and can create fear and paranoia to the point where for years I refused to dine out. Or the night club scenario where someone spills a drink all over you and simply starts laughing. Where is the fun in that? I believe society is far to opinionated and judgemental, and what is more grotesque is we want to further play judge, jury, prosecutor and condemn this young man without walking in his shoes. The things we see and hear in these trials are nothing but sensationalize drama for human consumption. Whether or not Aaron murdered those people we must dig way below what we see and unhearth what really went wrong with Mr. Hernandez. Does he suffer from any diseases that went unchecked ? Aaron Hernandez's only crime is hanging around with the wrong people!!!! Aaron was so used to being raised around these animals that he thought it was normal to see crazy stuff. The first case Carlos Ortiz killed Odin Lloyd!! Ortiz left his towel outside of the car after he killed Lloyd. Aaron Hernandez just went along with it afterwards. In this case Bradley killed these two guys in the BMW.

project10bball actually I thought about n Aaron was the shooter in the double murders that's why he shot ab for obvious reasons he's paranoid n dons trust his "friends" at the time n needed to get rid of em but on the Odin case I think Carlos might of been the shooter I haven't watched that trial yet but aa was just as guilty as an accomplice witness but maybe not of first degree that's why he said "their wrong" after the verdict.
