Fascinating to watch! Me, being the proud owner of a 600w double decker valve piece built by Mr Eddie 'the African', in full working order and still used in special sessions, love the way Lady V and Parliament tell the story. Blessed Soundsystem History... When those amps run, and you literally see the blue glow pulse to the bassline, it's a sight to behold.
Watching this video has brought back some beautiful memories for me.. luv the talk with valves and how them heat up... i remember going to a dance back then and watch the kt88 turn blue!! and watch how dem light up the dance when the Bass Line come inn lol and the tanoy speakers use to have a steel horn built in the middle of the speaker so tops and mids came from the 1 speaker... I loved the old sound days! trust me...
This is truely AMAZING. Thanks to Valerie, Rankin & Parliment for sharing this history with us. It really is an incredible journey & great story. Hats off to V ROCKET everytime. BIG UP Chin for one of your BEST interviews yet.
