- Up-and-down, breathing exercise is a great way to open up the energy and your body through breath work combined with neck, rotations to relax the neck and upper back areas.
Warning: for those of you, that experience, dizziness, fainting, vertigo, or any symptoms similar to that it is best to skip this exercise, or do it sitting down in a chair. I do this everyday and over the last five years I have regained full neck motion.
As a 40 year massage therapist, I would not let my patients move that quickly when turning side to side or in circles. It should be done slowly.
Why would you want to have your PATIENTS move that quickly anyway?? They obviously have issues if they're coming to see you, no??
Ok your point is technical correct. However... massage therapist don't know jack. I remember looking into the certification when I was in school for kinesiology and the fact you total training comes out to under 4months to be fully certified was a joke and has no credentials to say you have "patients". You have clients not patients, your not a doctor 😂
Mike is not seeing patients. If people have neck issues they go see you.
