Brook Forest N Gauge Modern Image Layout Running Session

With my locos and stock having been packed away for months it was time to get them out and test them. I took the chance to film while giving them a run. The layout is inspired by visits to Peak Forest and stations around Manchester. Enjoy the video and feel free to comment and share.

Hi Steve nice camera quality you have there the colours turn out very nicely with that. Liking the modern image wagons like the db red hoppers and a generally nice layout with good landform (flat layout always looks weird!) Looking forward to more 😀

Thanks, I have a bit more scenic work to do at the top end beyond the signalbox and station. I do like hills as they do make a good scenic break. I have a few more sets of wagons on order including a rake of biomass hoppers which will be good.

Very nice looking layout, i really need to build a small layout for my n gauge rolling stock i havent ran them now for about 2 years, great running session look forward to seeing more. Tom

Brilliant Video mate!
My only one suggestion would be to add the loco numbers and a made up story, just for the fun for viewers!
Ie: 70014 hauls empty tankers to Toton for storage…

Thanks, it's done using vinyl from Electra. They go on really nicely with the aid of a hair dryer to bend the vinyl around the body
