This infrastructure projects where for 2005-2010 because every other country was doing this sort of infrastructure and india was still stabilising its economy.
An engineering marvel. Everyone involved must be complimented. When will the project be completed. Lastly can some one tell me how come so much of water comes,out of the heart of hard mountain.

Srinagar leh railway first will be of less distance so less expenditure
And the terrain to ladakh through Srinagar is not that tough and ,out important it will counter both china and Pakistan.
