Meet Dr. Christopher Chittum

Dr. Chittum is the current chairman of the Division of Neurosurgery at Spartanburg Regional Hospital. He is a board-certified neurosurgeon who received his training at the Medical University of South Carolina under the tutelage of Sunil Patel, MD, chairman of Neurological Surgery. His neurosurgery training included seven full years of inclusive spinal treatments unlike “fellowship” trained spine surgeons who often only get one year of spine training.
