As someone growing in Chengdu, I will say everything in this video looks pretty authentic, and I MISS THEM so much! the Chinese food in general in the States are getting updated and modernized so quickly in the past few years. Good job for Fung brother to show the audiences the latest trend of Chinese food in the States👍
Great video series! We love Sichuan food in Singapore too, especially 麻辣香锅 (ma la xiang guo) or "numbing spice fragrant pot". Just a note: frog in Chinese is 田鸡 (tian ji), which is actually translated literally to "paddy field chicken", not "sky chicken". :)
It’s a classic but my favorite is ma po tofu. I like it with ground pork or beef not vegetarian. It can be too spicy though where it’s just heat with no flavor. I like it when it’s medium spicy but with a complex flavor.
I feel like broth/soup is such a missed opportunity in most parts of America. Ramen spots are popping out now which is cool but I can't wait for more authentic stuff to be normalized in more places.
Love you guy's reviews. Spicy makes you feel alive, and love Sichuan food. But where'd you get the map of China with no reference to Sichuan's location at 7:45? So it looks like Afghanistan, Myanmar, North Korea and Taiwan are part of China with Beijing as its capital? Could be random coincidence, but not an accurate map at all...but back to foodie talk. Want to try all the restaurants you reviewed. Yum!
hello fbros, the chinese food from hunan and the nice coffee ad - the restaurants to eat spiced food is usually the cantonese sweet soy milk. the soy milk does not come in a pot with refills but a cup of 2.50 at any hunan restaruants would be nice. the coffee that was made by a block of coffee beans ground more turkish and it just adds with soy milk - definte try. thank you. el-
hello david in this video of food - the dishes they chose to eat is just all special plates with the cooking style - everything he eats is related to this meat market deluxe on mott street. the made food in deluxe market is with cleaned meat used in this video too. glad this guest knows his body parts in all animals. wish he would stop remembering to eat and thank david for his picks. el-
Tian-Ji is not "sky chicken" 天鸡 as you understood. It is "field chicken" 田鸡。 They are frogs. and the are considered chicken grown in rice field. Rice field is full of water.
I love seeing the food in these videos, everything looks so mad. But that saying the name of the food in unison before eating it is the corniest shit I’ve ever seen 😂😂
Sichuan Mountain House did not clean the shrimp properly. You are supposed to remove the black part of the shrimp which is the digestive part of the animal. Makes me question the other foods they make.
I just recently discovered Im growing the secret Sichuan pepper, I wonder if i could convince my local chinese resturaunt to try using it. I dont think anyone in America has ever had authentic Sichuan pepper.

Yum... Sichuan spices go so well with plain white rice ♡__♡
Everything here looks absolutely incredible. Can't wait to go to China!
I love spicy food! Although I’m feeling a little intimidated to try Sichuan. I will grow some ballz and try it soon! Thank you for awesome video! 😀
Impressed with Marco for eating all those intestines and gelatinous pig parts.

Definitely my favorite Chinese cuisine.
I love Sichuan Mountain House! They are my absolutely favorite Sichuanese restaurant in the States!!
Andrew looking fresh with the cut!
Fresh off the boat lol
Sichuan food looks amazing. Although, I love all things spicy, I'm a little worried about the pepper lovers chicken dish.😋😂🥢🌶🔥🔥🔥

I had Sichuan food last week and again this week…love the spice!! Just wish it didn’t give me acne 😭 tastes so good yet hurts so bad 😂💀
I liked and subscribed! 😀 Funny intro! I just got into spicier foods a few years ago only. ❤️❤️❤️
Those numbing peppers are crazy. I thought i was having an allergic reaction lol. It felt like I was testing out a 9 volt battery on my tongue
It is not a pepper actually though casually called Sichuan pepper corns
I love sichuan. Spicy food is my favorite.
As far as I know, people don't eat the spicy green pepper in those dishes and just pick the meat though.
Enjoyed watching this video 👍
Man.... we really gonna act like we don't see Andrew's hair and not talking about it???
what about it?
you beat me to it! he got a buzzcut!
Looks like he got hair transplants
Ordered food after a min of watching this damn

Maybe you should mention LIZIQI 💥❤️
we don't eat pepper chicken like that 😂 we only eat the meat in that dish. 我们不会连着辣椒一起吃。
13:29 sky chicken hahahahahahaha
It’s field chicken not sky chicken for frog, they are present in the wet rice paddies of south China.
Yonnie showed up once at the beginning and the same clip at the end LOL
I love seeing the food in these videos, everything looks so mad. But that saying the name of the food in unison before eating it is the corniest shit I’ve ever seen 😂😂
I wondered about the Spelling and pronunciation, thanks Bros💝 .
JO JO IN VT 💕😄☃
Missing the numbing peppercorn flavor 😋
Hi greeting from #worldfabulouslasvegas, amazing that you can eat spicy food and food looked so yummy
I love Sichuan spicy chicken!
I thought that they were eating an avocado. Lol
I see you Andrew, with the new hairline!
most dishes u introduced in this video r from or originated in chongqing ,,,,
🔥💯🔥
💯🔥💯
my dude. I dont think Sichuan people actually eat these peppers in that dish... they were more for flavor
Lol not yogurt, coco😂😂😂😂
Homie got the hair transplant
U definitely need to go to chongqing 😂
Why are so many chinese rappers from there? Cuz they figuratively and literally spit HOT FIYAH
Did Andrew fill in his hairline? 🤣
I am so hungry now. 🙂
Who's the new guy with the shaved head?
My favourite boys
One is caught up playing the impassioned protagonist in one’s Subjective Narrative of Self 🎈
😱
guys. when i see you have a spoon of red/green pepper chiken...i know you phucked up. we dont eat the pepper in that dish...
Hunan food is actually spicier than Sichuan cuisine.
Sichuan Mountain House did not clean the shrimp properly. You are supposed to remove the black part of the shrimp which is the digestive part of the animal. Makes me question the other foods they make.
😍🥰😘🤤❤
The Shrimp has a lot of pewp
How tf you compare Italian food to Sichuan?😂 That's the biggest insult to the Chinese Food Gods of Siichuan. Shame on you flop bros.
I just recently discovered Im growing the secret Sichuan pepper, I wonder if i could convince my local chinese resturaunt to try using it. I dont think anyone in America has ever had authentic Sichuan pepper.
The Editing to this video is super weird lol
