    Thabnk you so much for a gorgeous recipe but what is the liquid temperature before adding an agar agar.

      @@dipalighadiya7270 You add the agar agar before bringing the liquid to boil, also agar can stand even higher temperature.
      And it is solid below 30 degrees.
