Giving her even larger breasts would result in a new lawsuit, when she'd claim suffering from backpain or some other nonsensical claims. She made the first doctor redo his job and call "Bologna" not being able to find him. I tend to believe the first doctor refused to do surgery on her again, for she's again, dealing with other issues!
She lies the pain from breast augmentation takes a week for the severe pain but you have muscle pain for about 3 weeks longer. Then they don’t grow to your muscle for another month after that. The first time I went floating in the ocean after about a month of healing it felt like I had buoys attached to me. I kept thinking weird is it always going to be like this 😂 😂 luckily no they grow to the muscles eventually and it’s like it never happened.
I feel so sorry for her not feeling beautiful/perfect. It seems like she has something like body dysmorphia or some trigger in her life that makes her feel like she isn't good enough. This has become her avenue. Judge Judy is right, she needs to talk to a professional to find out what that is. I had a horse bash into me after dark when I was out watering, and when I hit the pipe corral panel with my head, I ended up splitting my left earlobe. I picked up my phone out of the mud, went in the house with blood streaming down my neck, showed my husband my ear, and he wanted to take me to the ER for stitches. I finally looked at it in the mirror and decided to treat it myself. So after dousing it with saline solution, and putting antibiotic ointment on it, I tried to line up the two sides, I put three bandaids on it to hold the two sides together, and then I put strips of duct tape over the bandaids, and left the makeshift bandage on for five days. I was hoping the two sides would meld together, and luckily, upon removing the bandage, the two sides of my lobe were melding back together. This happened over a decade ago, and while I could have lined up the two sides a bit better, all things considered, my ear healed fine with just a little notch in my lobe.

All I wanted was something back that cancer took!
I hadda comment the lady with the exterminator..she days she was naked when he saw her ..yet she says she had to grab his keys and push him out the door ...i doubt very much u would do that naked ..and she didn't really talk much about being naked ..thats all she should have talked about that's traumatic.

I believe the Judge was correct. The woman is self obsessed and vain. The kind of person that constantly goes on about how she looks and can drive a person to distraction. I feel sorry for her husband and the doctor. She's done her best to cause havoc. She'd never be satisfied. She may need a therapist. She wants and needs to be indulged. The plaintiff is a totally selfish person. Breast augmentation should be a necessity due to injury only. Not for cosmetic only. Saying she can't wear a bathing suit is a very feeble reason. Judge Judy was correct. The underlying point is that there were post-operative adhesions and structural issues from the first procedure, which made the second surgery difficult. These issues were well-explained by the defendant. In the end, there was apparently a very good outcome to the second surgery. Based on the doctor's written deposition, Judge Judy already knew about the plaintiff's pre-op complaints and surgical challenges before the television hearing. Yet, the plaintiff was not honest in saying that she was happy with the first surgery, and simply wanted larger breasts the second time around. Even the husband conceded in the end.
