Not only are you a wonderful artist you are a fabulous stager of your work! I too think you could get much more than you charge. I love all your pieces!!!
I know you mentioned you had issues with your stamps sticking...if you wash them in some warm soapy dish soap and rinse and let dry that usually reactivates the stickiness. Love all the different trays.
I love them all, especially the woven raiser! Farmhouse has been around for as long as there have been farms. No matter what people say, I think it’s here to stay in one form or another. 💕 love the green stripes.
Hi Yvonne great pieces you created can't pick out any favorites like all of them thanks for sharing. Prayers Blessings to Yvonne and Chris and both of your families Hugs Mildred
Ok, I absolutely Loovvee all the risers! They are absolutely beautiful. The trays with legs are Perfect!! The only ones I don't like so much, are the black trays simply because in my opinion they're a little too dark. Otherwise, Perfection!!
Yvonne...LOVE that floral stamp in the green and gray....it looks like Toile Fabric on those pieces. BEAUTIFUL !!! Then the tissue paper in those trays.....GORGEOUS! How well the white background matched the white paint! FABULOUS ! I am starting to look at tissue paper and printed napkins in a whole new way ! So pretty ! This was such a beautiful group of trays !! It makes me want a Booth or something so I can craft all day... if not everything that doesn’t move in my house COULD BE IN TROUBLE. 🙀🙀🙀🙀......LOL!!!! Hugs to you !! 💛💛💛💛
Thank you Jayne. This crafting/diy has just broaden so much. So many things out there to make beautiful pieces. If there was just more hours in the day☺️
Fun and Inspirational video! I'm going to try some of the things you demonstrated on a few pieces I have. And, just so you know, I appreciate your candor and helpful suggestions regarding paint, tools, and techniques. Thanks!
Luv luv your flip projects...I was doing a lot of crafts in craft/farmers market shows...but I have decided to switch to goodwill/habitat fines ..they sold faster than my crafts..you are a good influence on me...thanks
Love the green stripes with the black stamp on the top! Just thrifted several wood pieces that I wanted to turn into risers, I definitely be coping your technique on a few of my boards. Love watching your videos, thank you!
Love them all, but now I need to go to hobby lobby to see what they have for tissue prints! And I just adore the green grain sack stripe. I debated about something like that for a TV tray I started but didn’t think about putting it to one side and the stamp is the perfect touch!
Really love this batch of flips. Color combos and use of larger stencils/ stripes...wish I lived closer to pick up a couple of these flips. Great job, Yvonne
Lastly...a trick with smoothing out wrinkles with mod podge and tissue paper...take some siran wrap and use to rub over...it really works well getting the wrinkles out without tearing the paper.
Those little cutting boards/risers are beautiful. The last staging picture with all the boards was really impressive. I know you have to feel so proud of your and Chris's work. And you should!
Love all these projects today! Really creative solution for the stool seat! I would scoop that up in a minute! Also, I really appreciate how you share tips on different paint and techniques. I picked up an old cutting board riser from Habitat and now I'm inspired to spruce it up! 😊
Hi there! Love you, your projects, and all your tips & tricks! I've used the Aleene's Tack-it Over & Over when my stamps are no longer sticky. Works so well.
Inspired? Yes! Lovely pieces, all came out so nice. I'm itching to get back to crafting, been a bit busy with work lately. Loving the touches of green. xx
I make cards with stamps...if my stamps won’t stick to my acrylic blocks I wash the stamp with dawn dish soap. Sometimes the back I’d the stamp gets fuzzy or dirty. If that does work I have used chap stick on the back of my stamps to adhere to acrylic block... I never ever use spray adhesive on my stamps or stencils because I find it hard to get off. Love love love the green in your white/black mix too ❤️❤️
That was a great price for those trays, if it was my style I would have bought both. I love all the crafts best without the lines, but they were all very nice. TFS
love ALL the risers!...wish i lived closer than way down here in TEXAS.....woud love to visit your area and visit your shop..Chris is such a great partner to you.
I like your decoupaged trays; tip: if you use a piece of balled up saran wrap, you can wipe away those wrinkles without using your hand. That way, no rips!
You have inspired me to redo my breadbox! We are getting ready to move and I have to downsize. I looked at my ugly 35 year old breadbox and thought for sure I’m not taking that! Then I watched your segment on making over Breadboxes. Wow…I tried it on mine and now I’m taking it with me!! I love it and have you to thank!! (But now I have to get rid of something else🤨! Haha). Thank you for sharing your tips and knowledge!
I love all your beautiful flips 😍😍 I might have a little preference for your trays with the decoupage and the trays with the little risers (#4 and farmhouse). Thanks so much for, sharing the process and your beautiful ideas 👌👍😁😁😁
I just love your channel. I am enjoying binge watching your videos. So much inspiration, but I think I am getting myself into trouble. I find myself buying stuff from the thrift store to make over. Sounds innocent enough however, I am a quilter and my dining room is my quilt room, no dining table, work table and sewing machines. So I don't need another hobby. I have no where to start storing all cool crafting stuff. But there I am, buying away. I came home with quite a haul Friday, for only $11.26.
Oh.. love it. I was a scrapbooked and card maker before I started thrift flips. Though I had always done it but not at the level I do now. Can one have too many hobbies. Yes .. they are innocent. But it keeps us busy and brings us joy💖
More great flips! You guys are busy bees turning out all these items and videos. I really enjoy watching. I used to have a booth and I loved it but it was a lot of work.🌷 My favorite thing was the hunt! I also was a teacher.🍎
As Bob Ross would say "Happy Little Accident" with the tape taking off the paint on the riser. LOLOL Looks great!! If you're trying to get glue off your mat, try nail polish remover OR a product called Goo Gone. It's really good stuff! Love everything you do, Yvonne. Your imagination knows no bounds!! Have a great day and hugs from Canada!!
All great! I love the moss color too, looked great on the stencils!! I think you may have mentioned on another video about your stamps not sticking anymore and that you wash in dishsoap and water, I have the IOD stamps and I've always just cleaned mine with baby wipes and they are still sticky. Just a thought.
Have you heard of grandmillenial style? It's very popular right now & some of your pieces remind me of it. Beautiful work & thank you for another inspiring video!

Thank you, baby steps, just some baby steps into colors 🤗
All outstanding as usual! Beautiful!❤️👍🏻
I love your integrity. Given the amount of time, material and care you give to each piece, you could realistically charge much more.

I was surprised by the selection.

I love it when you paint stuff it gives me so many ideas
Oh I so love these risers. Thank you for the inspiration
I love this💗. Try using baby oil to remove the adhesive spray. It worked for me. I read the instructions after trying everything else. 😳
Thank you

I buy all my risers on Etsy and they're expensive, and none of them are as gorgeous as yours. Loving the celery green against the white.
