You may never go back and read your comments from 2 years ago, but I just want to apologize for all those rude and inconsiderate people that comment on how you pronounce words. It's a darn good thing they are so perfect!! You be you Yvonne!! I love your channel!
These are great! Love all these projects. Your retail prices are more than fair, I think you could raise them a bit. I just love what you've done with everything.
ALL 😁😁😁😁😁. Just when I think you can not possibly TOP that project... bingo...you pop out another SENSATIONAL GROUP ! Love that paper .... both prints ! How fabulous are those handmade pieces! Oh my ❤️❤️❤️. AND YES... thank you for the tip on the tissue paper ! Genius and EASY ! What a breeze to spray paint those picnic baskets OR ANY BASKET.... they make me think twice...LOL!!! So many spaces to get in and we end up painted ourself ! At least up the arm! LOL! I love the ones you left black..that was a great call! And the wood piece with all the pretty scroll work....love how it POPS now !!!! Just beautiful Yvonne! You certainly have a crafty mind and vision for items! Excellent job again!!!!! Hugs from NYS 💛💛☀️☀️☀️☀️💛💛
Oh.. thank you Jayne.. I would hate to have to go back and paint a basket with a brush.. Talk about drips.. lol So much fun to be had with these techniques. Take care.. 🌸💕
Yvonne, I am so glad that I found your channel. I just ordered the tissue paper from your Amazon site. I can’t wait to try it with Modge podge, and yes that’s exactly how I say it. That’s The easiest way to say it. I love your vision and I love your channel, thanks so much for taking the time. Especially thanks for sharing your talent. And yes, I look at things at an entirely different way when I go thrifting now. You have inspired me so much.
Great as always. If you have inkjet you can print on tissue - cut tissue a bit smaller than printer paper and then use repositioning glue to attach to copier paper I run it across top sides bottom and x in the middle. It peels off nice with image. I have that Decoupage paper too - I love it.
Oh Yvonne!!!!!!!!! You knocked them all OUT OF THE PARK!! I enjoyed every second of this video!!! I have several of those types of wood items with drawers and the Tim Holtz paper!! Now I FINALLY know what to do with them!! Thanks for inspiring me more and more with each project you do!! You are one in a million 😊👍❤️👍👍👍❤️
OMGosh! I just thrifted that same candelabra last week and am getting it ready for my new booth. One of my first items that will go in. I am really glad to be able to see not only what you did with it but how much you are selling it for. That helps me figure out what my pricing should be here in the midwest as well. I love your videos, I learn something from you on each and every one. Keep up the beautiful work.
I love them all! But the picnic baskets are my favorite, and that clock looks so high end. You did a fantastic job on all. Don't worry about how you say things, people can be so mean, they just have to find something to complain about.... if they don't like the way you talk they don't have to watch... its Jealousy! I love everything you all do.❤😘
When you find these home-made pieces they seem so chunky. The wood is so thick and yields itself to just about anything you can think to do with it. Love the paper you used. All the flips are gorgeous and so reasonably priced.
I love your attention to detail! If I watch someone that doesn't remove all price stickers and doesn't paint the back, even it's not for resale,I won't watch them again. If they don't take pride in their work, why should I waste my time watching? I never understand what is their hurry.
Y’all always do a WONDERFUL job! I love watching what all you buy them for and what you’ve sell them for. SO many won’t give that info! You always give great tutorials! You did a great job at tearing that paper too!
I love buying antiques or thrifted furniture. You get quality wood that is tough as nails. A little paint and love and they can be beautiful! I go to Hobby Lobby and the wood is just like thin planks of wood. Nothing will last from there.
I love that paper. I have a roll that has graphics numbers and butterflies... it is great quality. You just say modpodge any way you want. Thats what makes us individuals😊❤ All of the projects turned out great!
Red velvet jewellery box is lovely. Lovely decoupage paper too! The carved panel is divine. Good find on the spare knob! BTW love the white jug on the shelf! And the two smaller creamers (milk jugs in NZ). Lovely makeovers! Always evolving your style.
I use empty pill bottles for my screws and other hard ware that fits. Mark it and of course like you I have pics so I can replace to the right item. You guys are awesome and I love your designs. Thanks for sharing.
I love the trey and can't believe you found one for that price. I made myself one out of an old solid wood clothes hamper( the side ) and my granddaughter wanted one so I made her one too. Everything was so pretty.
Thanks for all your time spent giving us such valuable info and tricks of the trade. I loved each and every piece you rebirthed through your magic touch. My fave was the missing knob shelf with 3 cubbies on the side and honestly should have been priced at least $30 but we know you've explained you're in a different area where pricing is relative to the residential customers and cost of living but it just kills me to see all the talent and time spent on your gorgeous pieces and not want to just buy them all up. When if ever are you possibly opening up an online store as I know all of us would buy your recreations before you had time to list them or even get them to your Booths. No joke.
Another fantastic flip of items. I have a picnic basket collection myself, have never painted any of them but will now after seeing yours. Love the way you stamped them too with the tissue paper.Great job! I just get mesmerized watching you guys.
I didn't realize it was called Mod Podge until a year ago. I called it Modge Podge too!! I love the item with the door and three drawers the best. I love the paper on them! Great job!
I love how you are able to find so many wood items. That doesn't happen very often for me! (But I still somehow never manage to walk out of the thrift store with empty hands. 🤣) I was surprised you didn't stamp or Silhouette anything on all that open space on the clock! 🕰️
The tissue paper cutting hack when decoupaging also sometimes if not always completely disguises the tear for a more complete look..... This video sums up MY DREAM CAREER.... FROM GOING TO THIFT STORES AND PLACES ALIKE BUYING/BARTERING FORGOTTEN OR DISCARDED ITEMS of all kinda IE furniture, HOME AND YARD DECOR, ETC , AND GIVING THEM NEW LIFE FOR A NEW generation..... I have an eye for gems, diamonds in the ruff if you will, when it comes to this craft. I have the ability to look beyond an items blemishes, allowing me to see them I'm their prime, even better when I can repurpose an item meant for one thing but in its new life gifting it an entire new lease on life.... I mean this video hits so close to my DREAM RIGHT DOWN TO WORKING ALONG SIDE MY BESTFRIEND, MY HUSBAND, MY CO-ENVISIONIST .... I REALLY DREAM OF HAVING MY OWN SHOP FOR WORKING IN, DISPLAYING ITEMS,MAY BE TEACH SOME CLASSES........ I ALSO LOVE MAKING JUNK ART JOURNALS FOR VINTAGE BOOKS OR FROM SCRATCH.... A GIRL CAN DREAM..UNFORTUNATLY THATS ALL THIS IS OR WILL BE.. ... GOOD THINGS LIKE THAT DONT HAPPEN TO ME.... THANK YALL FOR CONTENT IM GOING TO KEEP WATCHING FORSURE.
Yvonne, I've been subscribed to and enjoying your channel for sev months. You've inspired me so much, I've now rented a booth in a local "antiques/crafts" mall. Just a small booth to start (because that's all they had available), but as I was putting items on the wall and shelves, two different times people walked by and complimented my projects. So, yay! Off to a good start!
I love the little handmade real wood pieces, especially the ones with drawers, doors and hinges. The decoupage on those was perfect! My favorite of those pieces was the one with the door and towel rack. You certainly have inspired me. I have to get some of that Tim Holtz decoupage paper and some stamps and ink pad. Beautiful job on everything! The picnic baskets were super sweet too!!!
Hi, I enjoyed your video. My favourite piece was the tray. I noticed that you talked about doing craft projects with 4-H kids. I was a 4-H craft club leader for 11 years, and that is how I met my husband (he was a 4-H leader too). Great memories.
Thank you for sharing another fantastic video Yvonne! Keep up the amazing work that you do as if unto our Lord! You aren’t going to ever please everyone, especially the critical commenters 😉🙏🏼
Beautiful! I love the cubbies...I think the tall one with the drawer is my favorite. Looks like it should hold cookbooks on top. The tray is great. I rarely leave a picnic basket if it's in decent shape...use them for cross- stitch projects or storage of scarves, gloves. Love all your treasures.
Thank you for reminding us to make sure stamps on basket is on front & centered! For beginners...we sometime forget the details. Thanks also for letting us know about keeping up with all the screws & hinges for each project when doing multiple projects. Love that u give us exactly how to do these projects from start to finish. Soo much work goes into your projects...I think I will just buy vs do it myself!
Love them all. And just thought I’d share a tip with you I have learned. When you go to flatten out your image with your fingers. If you put a piece of Serran wrap on to use as a barrier between your hands and the image you won’t have to worry so much of shifting or ripping your image. 🤗
Yvonne, as usual, it is hard to say which is my favorite. Ironically, when I first saw you use the Tim Holtz paper, I was happy (to think my taste could even come close to yours )because I had ordered the very same papers to decoupage onto an old wooden chest I thrifted (Lord help me, almost 20 years ago) and I was so pleased with the patterns and the quality. The paper is just so gorgeous, so I guess I would pick one of the wooden items that you put that on,but I sure did love the baskets, the tray, ............all of it!
Oh.. thank you for sharing that. The quality of that paper is definitely top notch. As you heard I already ordered an extra roll. You know .. just in case
Hahaha! Yvonne, I paused the video to check out prices for Graco sprayers. And of course, as soon as I went back to youtube to resume watching your video, an ad popped up for "choosing your spray paint equipment carefully". 😂
Loved the decoupage on those baskets, i wouldn't have thought to do that to a basket but they look amazing!! Glad to see the new technique worked so well, a new hack for me to try now. Everything came out great as usual ❣️
You may never go back and read your comments from 2 years ago, but I just want to apologize for all those rude and inconsiderate people that comment on how you pronounce words. It's a darn good thing they are so perfect!! You be you Yvonne!! I love your channel!

So much fun to be had with these techniques.
Take care.. 🌸💕
Wow, those were great. It’s amazing how well the tissue paper transfers work on a bumpy surface. Love those picnic baskets.
Thank you, I felt like it did great and was there to stay
Super good projects!! I used to just rip the tissue paper and have to do it many times!! Nice tip!!
Yvonne, I am so glad that I found your channel. I just ordered the tissue paper from your Amazon site. I can’t wait to try it with Modge podge, and yes that’s exactly how I say it. Thank you for sharing that.. I don’t have that kind of printer. But love that idea
Loved the jewelry box!
You did a great job on all of them, as usual. I really like the towel holder with the door over it. Really a great piece.
It is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo satisfying watching you guys spray those items!
Thank you 🤍
Love your cubby cabinets. Get so excited when I come across one of those as well.
Love you explaining the process.
Great video--You did inspire me with a different idea for an old 1980's piece I've held onto; an Amish mitten cupboard. Thanks!
Thank you for sharing that
Oh Yvonne!!!!!!!!!
Love the way you thoroughly clean everything inside and out before painting
Love all the projects but my absolute favorite was the picnic basket with the sheep!!🤍🐑

I have been looking high and low for a picnic basket like the one you redid. I love it!
Oh.. I hope you find one soon
I say it exactly the same way-modge podge! Maybe it’s a Midwest thing. I am from Wisconsin. 😂
🤗😁
Northern indiana, that’s what I say.
I NEVER find these cool things when I'm thrifting! These are some great ones!
Oh..I hope you stumbled across some now💝
I never miss a video from you! I love your style and I respect your professionalism

Great job on all items!

Lol.. I would re say it my hair clients and they would be like .. yes that how it’s said. But I guess we are all from the same area🤗thank you
Everything is beautiful. My favorites are the decoupaged cabinet with the towel rack, and the other decoupaged cabinet that you had the wreath on.

Actually loved them all! I get sooo many good tips from you! Thanks for always sharing your flips!

Beautiful! I love the cubbies...I think the tall one with the drawer is my favorite. Looks like it should hold cookbooks on top. The tray is great. I rarely leave a picnic basket if it's in decent shape...use them for cross- stitch projects or storage of scarves, gloves. Love all your treasures.
Oh.. thank you for sharing that. Yes the extra storage and their pretty🤍
love watching you repurpose things, such a nice job
I really like the sheep baskets. So much that I am going to do this on my picnic basket tomorrow. Thanks!
Oh.. thank you for sharing that
Thank you for reminding us to make sure stamps on basket is on front & centered! For beginners...we sometime forget the details. Thanks also for letting us know about keeping up with all the screws & hinges for each project when doing multiple projects.
Love that u give us exactly how to do these projects from start to finish. Soo much work goes into your projects...I think I will just buy vs do it myself!
Absolutely beautiful love every single diy 👏🌿🧺🌿👏
Love them all. And just thought I’d share a tip with you I have learned. When you go to flatten out your image with your fingers. If you put a piece of Serran wrap on to use as a barrier between your hands and the image you won’t have to worry so much of shifting or ripping your image. 🤗
Oh.. thank you
I love the work the two of you do.
Yvonne and Chris...the work and care you put in your items is amazing. God bless you both :)
I love it when you paint, so relaxing.
All your videos are great. 🤗🤗🤗
Thank you so much 😀

Hahaha! Yvonne, I paused the video to check out prices for Graco sprayers. And of course, as soon as I went back to youtube to resume watching your video, an ad popped up for "choosing your spray paint equipment carefully". 😂
Isn’t funny how you can just be saying something and a ad pops up for it.. Crazy
I Love Love the towel holder!!
Love the Tim Holtz tissue papers!

They all look great!!🤍♡🤍
I really like the brown wax on the black paint. It makes it look so rich.
