One of the best movies! As a psychology major, they explained psychology to kids very well. Child psychiatrists and social workers will often reference this movie. "Who is controlling you right now? Sadness? Anger?" and so on. They will also will ask them to name their Islands and draw them.
yes i am 15 and my therapist uses visuals from this movie in session sometimes
That’s dope and a great reference for them to express themselves and understand what’s being asked to them. Not to mention it’ll make your work at lot more easier and understand what’s wrong with the child.

I just rewatched this movie 5 minutes ago and I really want to cry now. I didn't understand it properly when I first watched it but now that I do I think it might be one of my new favourite movies. It's just ugh I can't even put it into words. I have a lot of close friends with mental health issues and I always get emotional thinking about how they're struggling but watching this movie and thinking the whole time that this is what my friends go through and having an image put to it was just something else

I love the skating one because of the scene in the movie. It’s so calming. I rewatched it with my roommate who hadn’t seen it, and I cried 3-4 times from when I had cried at the same moments but also relating to how I feel currently. This movie helped with reminding me that what I’m feeling is okay and that I shouldn’t reject myself or the emotions I’m feeling. I should just feel them and accept it, as that is what will help most.
I will *ALWAYS* cry during this movie and while hearing this soundtrack it’s so beautiful
Inside Out can be Emotional, It's about meeting the Emotions and voices inside our heads.
I once live like Riley. At age of 7, everything has change since we transfer into town came from our joyous village before. I also try to elope back to village because I really miss my childhood friends and our old ways of living in simple life. That's why I really reflected my life story into Riley.

2) music is so soft and inviting :)
3) it genuinely made emotions easier for me to understand and helped me process through some issues

Inside out is by far my favorite Pixar movie. It’s very well written and very accurately expresses what it’s trying to. I don’t think another movie will come close to what i felt when watching that
Every time I hear this. My brain always played back every memory I had with my dad. The memory brings me joy and sadness at the same time. He passed away in 2019, I missed him so much❤

This movie went from fun to nostalgic for me. I loved watching it a few years back (2017 or 2018) and it was so much fun. Now to 2023. Rewatching it was A trip of *Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger and Disgust.* i loved it all the years it grew and its awesome to know its getting a sequel sometime after the time of this comment. HOLY SHIT THERE MAKING A SEQUEL
I know that nobody will see this comment but this is one of the best Pixar Studios films ever behind UP, Inside Out has the best lineup sequence of telling a story that has a emotional soft spot of depression and anxiety that's inside of a 11-12 year old teen that has the spotlight for detail I watched the movie when I was 4 now I am about to turn 12, I can't express it enough how much Pixar has changed my life it has the best well done polished animation for the animated industry. Thank you so much for all the love and support for the movie that other had while I was looking at the comments it looks like people have the same thoughts for the movie too aswell! Thank you.

One of the best movie Disney produced. It's the psyche of one 11 year-old kid, but it can be colorful abundant as it can be, but also, it can grow dark due to both inside feeling and outside environment. A top movie indeed. Got goose-bump hearing in 5 seconds in, like how is the mind of human being, anyone's mind, can be really spectacular, just put one second to think about it, all the past, all the memories, both good and bad, can stored in one head. How mind-blowing it is :D
