This will be my last self improvement video.
I have been in the space for years and learned so much. But I have not implemented more than 20% of what I have learned.
Therefore, these last tips will be my last. Everything from here on our will come down to be, my morals, and my values. I will use the systems and tactics taught to me over the last decade to create a better life of myself. Thank you all.

I've been a student who was always recognised for my academic achievements and I've been diagnosed with Lupus three years ago just when i started getting ready for university entrance exams...i couldn't get into medical college because i had a very bad flare up just a week before my exam
After the results came everything in my life changed as if i was valued and cared only for my academic achievements

We are scientifically social animals even if we tend towards individualism, especially in the western world. I'm afraid that the 4dailywins, if not supported by a community, could actually make one feel "alone" in the daily conquests.

You're such an inspiration, Jun, and thank you for this video, but I wondered about something. With all this work and the daily tasks, is it possible to become so into it that we start to forget the really important things like the connections with the people around us and spending time with them, being in the present. At the end of the day, is it worth it to sacrifice the time, spent on the little things, and which we can have with our loved ones, for work

The whole point is to be productive at your highest level in all aspects of your life. But we often mistake productivity to hours of work. If you check from the last video he emphasizes on for example maximizing a good learning and study system so you can have time for everything else. Or in this video where he says you can wake up early on weekends to maximize on your work in the morning then go about your day. So basically it's all about balance. That's the main goal.

My college is going to start soon and it's going to be my first year of bachelor's in data science. I wanted to ask how I study.
I know it's a very basic question but the thing is, I can remember all the things forever if I write it down and I know this ain't going to work for codes and other stuff.
So I wanted you to tell me how can I remember things without writing them down.
Plus: by writing things down, my focus increases 10× times more than just reading and making short notes.
