    Unfortunately USMLE qs are designed to be answered using raw science justification rather than practical experience which seasoned physicians typically display ,so respectfully your technique here is helpful but not significant.

      Simply untrue 90% of the time even for Step 1... Every question can be answered in a easier way... raw science justification is definately the harder way to approach USMLE. Schedule a Free session if you disagree! I have been teaching only USMLE for 10 straight years... all the Steps!

    I found correct answer.Because i thought that old lady at age of 87 with Alzheymer's literally can not come in by herself

      What prove do you have that 99 percent of step takers can’t answer that. As far as I can see , one person attempted and she got it right meaning 100 percent can get it . Go for a better approach.
