Jin's fight is the equivalent of that one guy who thinks he can solo your whole Pokemon team with just Smeargle, but fucked up due to his choice of moves. If it were 6, he'd have a chance, but that aint much since he's screwed either way :P

I always thought that one voice clip of Yukari saying "persona" sounded so outta place. It's like the deadline was coming up in 20 minutes and Michelle was busy so they got Janet from accounting to do that one voice clip

That's why most of his moves are debuffs or offensive spells that have status ailments like bufu (freeze) and zio (electrified) Fun fact: If you equipped all of your party members with Abaddon's heart item when fighting him, you'll get a special monologue and he will abandon all attempt to debuff you

Jin's attack pattern is usually stagnant air > status ailments > offensive spells with status ailments > offensive spells that target your weakness. Just check his wiki. He has AoE tier 2 spells (maragion, mabufula, mazionga, and magarula) along with single target tier 3 spells ( -dyne) It made sense because he is specifically someone that target the weakness of his enemies so he covers all bases. He even have all type of the physical skills too (2 slash, 2 strike, 2 pierce) along with Mahama, Hamaon, Mamudo, Mudoon, and even Megido
@hemera5518 The problem is, his AI is really poorly made with how he strikes weaknesses, meaning his physicals will never see use, and by that point, you can cover every single weakness with passives or heart items, so what Jin has by then is entirely trivial
Persona 1 through 4, you could still do all out attacks with some status ailments, unless they hindered you like freezing, brainwash etc, in P3 you can also do all out while confused, confused can make you attack allies, they were gradually removing this "ability" when 4 launched, I think they removed with rage and confused, and 5 removed it all together
I must have grinded way too much cause i beat him within 3-5 turns. I thought the final was going to be very hard so grinded every day to point that the final boss couldn't damage me at all

The entire turn before Infuriaye was about 700 damage to Jin, and what happens, femc walks up with a crit that does about 700, all on her own. Sheesh

When your party is mad they use forced melee attacks anyway, Akihiko wasn't affected by infuriate
Rage massively boosts your attack too which is why it did way more than Power Charge Brave Blade.
