You'll need either video over USB-c (in which case touch screen will automatically work in windows), or video over HDMI in which case you'll also need to connect USB to make touch work - and you might have to connect a second USB cable to supply power, for three cables total. In short, however, if your laptop has HDMI video out and a USB port available (and runs windows, not Mac OS - which doesn't like touchscreens, I hear!) it will work.

hello my computer and notebook does not have usb C, only normal usb A and hdmi will the touch work ???
