I’ve been taking 2 shots of beam minerals a day for 9 months and I still get night cramps. Any suggestions?
2/22 I am interested in getting started on the minerals but an not clear on whether I should immediately stop taking the other supplements I currently take on a daily basis or start with the mineral product and continue taking my other supplements. I hate to waste all of that money.
What do I do to detox from overdose of fulvic. Someone put almost the entire bag of fulvic (125g/0.27 lbs) black powder in my red wine. I’ve being sick since, what do I do?!
Any research was done how these supplements work? I understand what your guest is saying, but they are only words. She wants to sell it, she represents these products.
This is tough research to do but I agree. I'd love to see a study!
I think we know that our food contains less minerals so I’m sure we need to replenish them
