    Thing is, in all literature, we see the benefit of clomid on testosterone and estradiol ratio, and the potential of duplicanting and even triplicanting the testosterone level in men. But no one tells how long would the "high" testosterone levels, induced by clomiphene, stays high and start to lower to the old levels. Is like weeks? Months? The longer, the more beneficial would it be to use it as a supplement.

    lovedddd y’all’s review of this! I was super intrigued in this documentary in the beginning and excited for the results and I thought it was almost laughable how they took the 2lbs of muscle gain as a huge win and basically ignored the other twin’s gains who had amazing results, and just said “I’m really surprised we were able to gain muscle on a vegan diet” when they never mentioned that concern anywhere else in the documentary…like if you’re gonna push veganism that strongly at least MENTION some areas of concern such as idk vitamin deficiencies, muscle loss, osteoporosis, a slower metabolism, etc

    Well folks we all need to find ways to live more gently with the earth and all of its inhabitants. Going plant based for our diets can help tremendously. If you can make it on a vegetarian or vegan diet than you should do so. If for various reasons you feel you need to eat animal products then at least don't bash the plant based diets. Reducing eating animals is good for the planet, great for the animals and good for your health.

    Thank you, Dr. Doug! I have followed Dr. Peter Attia for many years. And Apo B is his be all end all for health span. There is something about medical certainty in the face of lingering anomalies that raises a lot of red flags to my mind. One of the other markers you mentioned, insulin resistance, is often countered by lowering carbs, thereby lowering Triglycerides. However, that reduction is often accompanied by eating more protein and fat, often saturated fat? According to a study cited by Thomas Delauer on one of his recent videos: 'Inhibition of insulin receptor gene expression and insulin signaling by fatty acid: interplay of PKC isoforms therein' DOI: 10.1159/000089847, saturated fat effects IR by reducing gene receptors? All this is way way above me, and I don't write this to say anybody is more right or wrong, but more in the line of 'what's a person supposed to do'? I want to say a pox on both your houses and go and eat Fritos. After all, its corn cooked in corn oil, a poly unsaturated fat, right?!!

    Cholesterol as a major risk factor is more a big Pharma ploy than anything else. Many people with high or very high cholesterol don’t have heart attacks. Also more than half of people who die from heart attacks have low or normal cholesterol. Cholesterol is a steroid that is a precursor to many of the sex hormones. Lastly diet only affects cholesterol up to 15 or 20% of your total cholesterol

    Thank you for your video, cholesterol is definitely a hot topic with varying views! Please elaborate on all men will get prostate cancer.... I have been working on my lipids for the last 14 months. I am small and fit, have always worked out and had a pretty good diet but I did eat processed carbs and grains my whole life but not in huge amounts. I ended up being pre-diebetic and had high triglycerides. I am doing clean keto and IF for over a year now. I do 2 weeks out of the.month and lower carb for the other 2 weeks, getting my carbs from higher carb veggies. My numbers including ApoB and triglycerides have improved greatly but I also cut out all dairy including eggs since February 2023. I still eat meat and fish every single day and get at least 100 gr protein and my numbers keep improving. I should mention that I don't eat any pork products ((never have) but I do consume coconut oil , milk and cream. This makes me think that it was eggs and/or carbs and not the meat that were causing the high numbers because I rarely ate any other dairy in the past. I plan to reintroduce eggs some time in the future and will continue to monitor my bloodwork. It will be interesting to see if it will rise or stay the same without processed carbs to see what impact they have.

    thank you for bringing up the issue with getting diarrhea from going carnivore. I had to stop and add back in other foods. I got discouraged and actually ate some bread just to stop the symptom. In conclusion, I believe I must stay meat based - especially for the protein for my bones and muscles - but will also have vegetables and fruit, too. Again, so glad you posted this. I was so discouraged being unable to stay carnivore. My energy and clear thinking is much improved. Dropping carbs is fantastic. Easy does it is how I will continue on my food journey. thanks again.

Cows can survive in remarkable environments, deposit CO2 into the earth and contribute to the environment.

      @Jesse47249 7 місяців тому

      @@Dr_DougLucas_Clips "it's a tough question" really? There's nothing tough about this question! There's no controversy around this! The science is clear! Dude, honestly, why you're trying to blind yourself just because of your taste buds? "It's not amenable to growing plant"? Seriously? Do know how cows are raised? Cows are not autotrophs, plants are! There's no animal farming without plant agriculture! You have to grow enormous amount of plants in order to raise cows! "And grow animal on grass " argument is not feasible! It's even more naive than the first one! We don't have enough space in world! Do you want more 4 thousands soccer fields to be lost per day in order to raise cows? Just so you can enjoy a piece of steak? Such a destruction only to please your taste buds? What about the indigenous people that live there? Have you ever thought about them?

    Great video, I've been Carnivore for over 4 months, dropped 30lbs and now back to mid 20s weight (168 lbs) and feeling great. Started with OMAD after I weighed myself (198 lbs) following 8 years of glutony and laziness (desk job) which halted the weight gain, I then transitioned to Carnivore after around 3 months. Always been a meat lover and found the transition completely natural, especially already being in an OMAD eating cycle, I now feel free of the burden of having to worry about what i'm consuming or the guilt of eating trash. Energy levels are through the roof, cognitively sharper, heal faster.. so many benefits and I've never considered myself particularly unhealthy in the past compared to those around me ! I do not consume organ meats as I believe it is unnecessary, if you look at groups that eat nose to tail a single organ will be split between the entire community in a communal dish or bite size chunks.

I'm Australian and if I could offer some well intentioned advice about nearly all the American advocates of health regimens and guidance... could you all speak a little slower, take some elocution lessons and generally loose the hype. People are generally repulsed by fast talking acolytes of any product and wary of obvious self promotion no matter how relevant their information. I've counted the words of most American" influencers" per minute compared with English speakers like Douglas Murray etc and the results are telling. Calm down Yanks relax your diatribe you all seem to have way too many teeth ,use double superlatives like "best most" etc and have a demonstrably deficient grasp of English grammar and vocabulary as well as getting into a lather of babble about information that's absolutely pertinent to you intended message.....breathe and soften. I find it interesting that in TCM you are not allowed to eat sugar when you suffer from any kind of inflammation. For healing meat is recommended.

      Today I noticed an unsubscribe button across the certain emails in my in box. The Red Cross and my car dealer have unsubscribe bottoms but not the Christian email.

    We are likely obligate omnivores. Plant foods were important in paleolithic diets. Wild and foraged foods are still an underutilized resource in the modern diet. We suffer from a lack of diversity in plant foods. Of course you don't see heads of iceberg lettuce in the forest but you may just find their wild cousins.
