Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2 kg.
Vegetable oil (sunflower, olive) - 100 ml
Mustard - 2 tbsp.
Garlic - 4-5 cloves.
Salt - to taste
Spices: black pepper, coriander, basil - 2 tsp each
Sweet paprika - 2 tbsp.
Dill - half a bunch or dry - 2 tsp.
For the sauce:
Mayonnaise - 120 g
Sour cream - 80 g
Dill - 3 sprigs
Salted or pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 4 cloves.
Salt and black pepper - to taste
Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven, top-down mode plus convection for 35-40 minutes.
*Baking time may be longer or shorter depending on the characteristics of your oven.
