Your car looks amazing! I'm still driving a 2017 Model S, as the newer generation is prohibitively expensive here in Norway due to higher taxes on "luxury EV's" and a currency that has lost 30% of its value against the dollar since 2017. I'm hoping to upgrade to a model like yours in a couple of years, especially once FSD becomes available in Europe.
I’m running 13.2.1 on a 2024 model 3 and would second the comments you’ve made about smoothness. All-in-all I really like the model but there are issues I’ve noticed. In city driving when I go from a 45mph or 50 mph zone to a 35mph zone the car is very slow to decrease speed. So much so that I am likely to get a speeding ticket if a police officer is monitoring. Also the other day I was at a roundabout and from a complete stop the car made a bad decision to pull in front of an oncoming car and it was bad enough that I disengaged. I’m noticing different behavior in highway driving also when I am side-by-side with another vehicle. I’ve had a case where a vehicle in the lane to my left started drifting into my lane and my car moved towards it instead of away from it. Then I had another instance where I was on the left of a semi that I was passing and my car just started moving towards the semi as opposed to steering well away from it which has been the case in every previous build I’ve driven. I did not disengage in either of these scenarios but both of them made me uneasy. I really like the ability of the car to back out of my garage after engaging FSD while still parked in the garage. However, I’ve done it twice and the first time the drivers side mirror was uncomfortably close to the garage door frame. The second time the side mirror actually clipped the weather strip attached to the side of door frame. At this point I’m not trying that any more because I do believe FSD would just allow the mirror to contact the door frame and get damaged.
Hey hey I would like to ask you how many critical interventions( f*ck ups) the system shows per 100 or 1000 km ? The golden standard for robotaxis is 1 per 27k KM , what is your experience? thanks man
@@sebbdrrdamer5085 its very minimal....and so far nothing on V13.2.1...12.5.4 was really buggy and I had stopped using it as it was mistake after mistake like not following the navigation, failing to make U turns, harsh breaking, Phantom breaking etc...but so far this version 13.2.1 has been stable I have recorded more drives too and it's pretty much end to end with zero interventions
