Cool, only thing I would've done differently is clean the dirty, normally not exposed parts, like under the plate and bulb housing. They were dusty.

Looks easy. No need for resisters to prevent hyperflash?
No the license plate bulbs don't require resistors. The only bulbs that hyperflash are the turn signals.
