It is very true that there is a big difference between fighting slaves and fighting free professional soldiers!!!! And all Americans are currently free soldiers!!!!!! Facts deal with it 💯!!!! ❤
Please watch 300: rise of an empire. Its also quite good. Not as tight as this movie is, but still very good. Id also recommend watching Immortals, with henry cavill. Very styalized and has a good story. Similar time period as well, age of mythology.

As did and does every other culture since the history of ever. Ever heard of the concept of the unreliable narrator? The whole movie are the events being told by Dilios to the army at the end. You are watching what the listeners are picturing in their heads. Of course everything is exaggerated beyond the truth. Nobody ever mentions what assholes the Arcadians were at the time, like they or any other city state in the area of that time was a shiny beacon of justice and freedom. There's a reason why Leonidas calls them boy lovers. Get off your high horse, like people shouldn't enjoy the one good Snyder movie because the beefcake battle field porn doesn't mention Sparta ran on slave labor. This isn't supposed to be a historically accurate documentary.
@@tkopp10976 hence why i clearly stated... "300 glosses over Spartan society." I did not get into specifics because doing so (telling the truth about Spartan society) is largely a violation of youtube's ToS. they were that horrible.
@@TheRedStateBlue Yet anyone watching the movie should care why exactly? By your ridiculous logic, nobody should watch Slumdog Millionaire because the movie doesn't really adress the awful living conditions and caste system in India, which unlike ancient Sparta are still going on today. Find a positive reaction to The Woman King, and get in the comments telling them how badly that culture was misrepresented by portraying them as the heroes fighting against slavery. Let me know how that works out for you.
It's just a movie, dude, not a historical documentary. It's not like we're doing a senior thesis on Spartan history. Just enjoy it - the comic book cinematography style is awesome! It's meant to entertain, not to educate... but if this banger of a film gets viewers inspired and interested in studying history, so be it - that makes it all the better. And the Spartans also joined with other Greeks to combat the Persians, so they cared about freedom for all of Greece, not just Sparta. And the Persians were just as awful, tbh, as were the Vikings, Scots and Celts, as well as many other armies. War has always been an ugly, vicious hell since the beginning of time.
I got the impression that this was one of their favourite movies! Really great reaction!
Ya they get to feel better about their own crimes!!!!! 🙄😮💨🤢
They love this movie !
Spartans refused to use money, thinking commerce was unmanly.
The 300 was a true story
The guy with the one eye who came back was the same guy who played "Faramir" in "LOTR"!
I thought you guys already reacted to 300, is this a re-upload??
Just think that this movie almost didn't get made.
Great reaction guys!
So finally glad to see this classic video returned to us!
I cannot believe he actually thinks he can get away with threatening us!!!!!!!
I just always wished the queen’s last touch had been with her king 😢.

I love this reaction!!❤❤
They already reacted to this movie they said it was the best ever and I asked many times to do 300 2 rise of an empire 💬
They have been re uploading some of their older reaction videos due to them being taken down for copyright issues.
@@xandra_5099 Ahh, that makes sense! I was looking around in the comments for an answer! Thank you!
Would love to see you guys react to "The Northman" with Alexander Skarsgård
@9:49 atleast they seem to understand what a husband and wife should be!

@7:52 again i must ask and beg someone to please tell me the faith of these 2 men???
What does it matter? Why all the weird comments? Just enjoy the reaction.
@18:50 and its at this point. Im worried about these 2 men!!!!! They just admitted they like freedom!!!!!
Can You Watch Max Manus🇳🇴?
300 glosses over Spartan society. They were not good people, nor were they interested in anyone's freedom but their own.
