Very nice and huge estate. The govt can step in and acquire it and sell it to civil servants .
They will put outrageous prices and expect to sell if the prices of these product was good it will have a market because there's population in kubwa in need of this again this isn't luxury old style windows with no glass balconies this is crap they better rethink their market.

Luxury estate in Abuja looks like peasant. We really don't know how to build in this country. I can see why people are avoiding it. It is going to rotten because no modern youth will put their money here.
