I went through something which I found quite scary at the time, this was 2 months ago, it has bought me closer to Allah subhanallah. For the most part I've been strong and refuse to be scared but I have had this feeling in my chest 24/7 since end of ramadhan and sometimes it plays up. I've been doing morning and evening adhkars, praying on time majority of the times, I went for hijama for the first time in ages. It's the constant feeling in my chest which unsettles me. I am definitely getting better slowly but surely alhumdulillah. By far the most difficult experience in my life (I'm 26). Never give up and have faith, I have never had so much faith until this difficulty.
@I z alhumdulillah im much better, I still think about what happened because it was frightening but im doing much better now. I won't give up, I am always conscious of Allah no matter what, i think this is the most important and Basic thing
Salaam Alaikum Sheikh, I have a humble request for you to start a series about names of Allah and also lives of prophets. It would be very beneficial inshAllah. Many thanks in advance
Alhamdulilah. Humans, mankind is so distracted to rely upon themselves. No credit to Allah, due to the teachings of different levels of atheist beliefs. Even the Money(dollars&coins) here in America states that IN GOD WE TRUST but the disbeliever thinks that he or she gained the money by way of themselves, but in reality,Allah (swt)provides their well being. Little do they understand that. I do testify myself that Allah controls his creations. May Allah reward the believers with Jannah. Stay focused my beautiful ummah

Aslkm brothers. I often feel anxiety and fear in my mind for no reason. It is disturbing my daily life badly. Kindly supplicate for me from Allah the almighty🙏
Salam Br Farhan, In Shaa Allah I'm going to do my best to help you unravel/unpack why you are feeling anxiety & fear "for no reason". So first, as easy as it is for us as humans to feel like there is no reason, the following are the reasons in order: 1) Allah SWT is in complete control. 2) Shaytan whispers and makes sure you feel uncomfortable (and he knows what makes us tick) 3) Allah SWT has given us intellect, so now that we know 1 & 2 we need to work out at what times we are feeling this anxiety and fear, is it at a time you are doing something in particular? So, in short, as I don't know any more information about your situation, just remember that there is a dua for virtually everything. The dua to get rid of this anxiety/fear/bad thoughts is: Rabbi a3outhu bika Min hamazaatil shayateen wa a3outhu bika Rabbi an yahdurun x 3 This dua in arabic is: رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ* وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَنْ يَحْضُرُونِ These are from verses 97/98 Surah Al Mu'minoon which translate to: And say, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils, And I seek refuge in You, my Lord , lest they be present with me." After you make the above dua, you make a dua to give you good thoughts (makes sense right?) This Dua is: Allahuma la ya'ti bil-hasanati illa Anta, wa la yadfa'us- sayyi'ati illa Anta, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa Bika (O Allah ! You Alone bring good things; You Alone avert evil things, and there is no might or power but in You)."'. This is from a hadith (Riyad as-Salihin 1677, In-book reference : Book 17, Hadith 167) I really hope this helps brother. Salam
