Pretty easy repair that I thought was impossible before I found this video. We bought my son a new set of Beats Studio 3 because he broke his in his gym bag. I've been using his broken set off an on and thought how hard can it be? This video made it very easy, only a 15 minute repair. Thank you. Now I have a new set of Beats that sound amazing.
@@ezu_5727you’ve probably solved it by now but I used the small screw driver from the headset package, just pulled the wire away from the broken plastic and scooped them out 👍🏽
Thanks man, I’m a garbage man and somebody tossed a brand new pair of 3’s because they broke them trying to fold them. I’m gonna get the parts and gift them to my daughter for Christmas. Thanks man I could never afford 250$ headphones.
I was so upset when my headphones snapped! This video has given me the confidence to try and repair them with a new headband! It worked a treat, they are as good as new now! Thank you for saving me the £160 I would have had to pay for a new pair! X
My wife broke her Beats, so she bought a new set. I looked up how to fix her headphones and came across your video. I ordered the kit and fixed the broken headphones. Now I’ve got my own set of headphones!
I was about to buy a new one because Apple asked me the same price as a new one to fix it. And then I came across your video. So thank you very much for this solution so well explained. I managed to fix it myself very easily.
Small thing he glossed over that was very helpful: def place the padded insert *into the rubber piece* of the headband so it snaps onto the top band. Also, have some alcohol or goo-gone handy as there's glue on these pieces to ensure fitment. Thanks for the vid. $200 apple repair turned into $20 and 15 minutes of time.
Headphones just snapped 5 minutes ago, had a new pair in the Amazon shopping cart already, and decided to look up a repair video, part is ordered and saved me 150$ 🙏
Bro!!! Thank You for posting this-my studio beats broke the other day and I was like ‘UGH NO WHAT’ thankfully I found this great tutorial you did and Im back rocking 🤘
Thank you so much for making this video. For an expensive pair of headphones the construction is cheap. I have had these headphones for less than a year. I never take them off the desk and no one uses them but me. I always fold them to put them back in the case when I am through using them and just the other day I got them out and they snapped. Thank you again for the video.
Thanks! it was super easy to replace, took me 5 minutes. also the replacement part was $20 bucks instead of $220 which is what apple told me it would be to fix it.
Just broke my headphones an hour ago and I’m very excited to try this out instead of buying completely new ones, because mine still work great! Thank you!!!
Just broke my Beats Studio 3, where the place exactly like yours… and find your video like in seconds, less than 3 minutes, I ordered my replacement and hopefully fix it as yours … thanks for the video, liked it and subscribed.

thank you so much. i never expected a simple drop to one, let alone BOTH ear pieces. i was so worried because even though these were a gift, they're expensive! im familiar and pretty handy with doing minor tech fixes. so im very glad to have found this tutorial. thanks so much!

Awesome video, quick easy, straightforward & right to the point. Lol I was quoted $300 to fix something I did myself in half an hour & for $25 (thank you Amazon). Thanks for this video!

Much like the other comments, my son's Beats Studio 3s snapped and whilst searching for replacement parts, I found this video. I ordered the replacement shadow grey band from Amazon for £23 yesterday, it arrived today and 10 minutes later, I'd completed the repair for him. He's currently wearing them at the gym and reports they're as good as new. We're both delighted. Thanks for the video tutorial.

My Beats by Dre Studio 3 headband broke last year. I didn't think I could fix them. I've been using my apple air pods, but I hate using them at the gym. I fix my beats they ain't no more broken but I had lots of trouble putting in the band and resemble your video saved me lots of money I did not have to pay 90 bucks to get them fixed
Great information! I’ll order one and bond it to my broken Plantronics BackBeat GO 810 cans. Very common reported defect where the headband cracks in the center. Should have been spring steel instead of thin plastic.
my strap broke, I fixed it by using electrical tape and an old divot tool (golf). Bend the peice of metal (tool) and take it connecting the speaker and strap. Works surprisingly well and took about 3 minutes.

Hey, the video helps a lot but I have one small problem I broke mine one year ago and I decided to fix mine now. My problem is I can't seem to fold one side and it's the side that also has the broken headband. Do you know what I can do to fix it or is it a permanent damage ? It would be a big help thanks.
